From start to completion I felt my car was in reliable hands. The service and updates were exceptional and when my car was delivered back to me it looked brand new. Everything had been itemized with all the work that had been carried out. The pick up and delivery drivers were very pleasant putting my mind at ease. The staff that rang during the work being done were very pleasant and helpful. Overall excellent service.

My whole experience was really good from the initial contact to the return of my repaired vehicle. The car was collected promptly, the driver was very polite and informative. I was then kept up to date regularly with the progress of the repair and what may have caused any delays. The young lady who contacted me was very efficient, she spoke kindly and took time to explain everything. This was very refreshing in today's world.

Amazing communication all the way along. Friendly voices on the end of the phone who kept me up to date with what was happening with my vehicle.
Hat off to Dwayne who delivered the car on the day of the floods. Normal time distance 45 mins but took him 2 hours but he got here.

The guys that collected & delivered my car are great. Professional, polite, respectful of where they parked & have a sense of humour. Most of the office staff are also polite & professional and amusing. Which helps after someone has hit your car.

Totally professional service and smooth process from initial contact - collection of vehicle - allocation of courtesy car - through to drop off of vehicle at home address. A dashboard was available to track the status of the car repair. All staff contacted during the course of the process were extremely helpful and friendly. I would not hesitate in recommending this facility for car repairs.

My car repair was handled perfectly from collection to return & car hire.

We were kept informed all through the process. Only tiny thing is that the colour doesn't quite match but the car has been in the sun I expect and has faded.
