Avoid i had a really bad experience with this garage after an accident i have received my car back worse than what it was came back to me with sensor issues, Awful experience when asked I was told to take my car to dealers for a full diagnostic report which would cost me £750 ,and old woman which i believe may have been one of the staff was very rude,hope she faces the same issue! Karma is real!

This is my third time to have my car fixed in this shop. My first two was excellent service only this time the receptionist didn't give me enough time to have the courtesy car return in how they want it (cleaned and fuelled up to the level they delivered the car to me). She called me to say my car's done and they need the courtesy car back before 4:45pm. They usually call or email a day before to give me time. This time she called me few hours before I need to return the car bearing in mind, I was at work till 3pm. I managed to have the car fuelled but not cleaned due to not having enough time. But the repair's excellent just the above issue.

Oh my god i can not believe what first class professionals from the well mannerd gentlemen that brought us the courstey car and they kept me in touch with what stage the car was going through, and when they brought the car back i could not believe it how they managed to match the metallic colour amazed me was all cleaned and polished like new when they brought the car back to me, absolutely unbelievable highly recommended thank you.

As a disabled person whos car has been with them for 2 weeks and there is no completion or even a date to when my.car part they need is going to be deliveeed , sorry this is vwry inconvenient to me and my childen and irs draining my.pockets making it hard for mw.complete things u need to do at home.for work and my children and 2 weeks.into them having my car which u need very much i still have no date to when it will be fixed or returnwd im.not happy at all.

Excellent service received by DLG. Car collected, repaired and returned. Brilliant communication. Would definitely recommend.
From collection of my car to its return, DLG were informative, professional and friendly.
Contact was maintained throughout the repair process advising me of where the car was and expected completion date.
The standard of repair is incredible. The finished condition is immaculate.
Communication was key and I was informed of what was required and a realistic time of when it was to be achieved. The speed of repair was excellent and the assessment was even carried out the same day. Collection and drop off times were carried out as arranged and overall everything went smoothly.
Told me either Monday or Tuesday went on Tuesday they said u was suppose to come Monday know I have to go again on Thursday like I have nothing else to do
