Great service

Product delivery and set up has been super efficient. Staff very friendly and helpful.

I’m only on day 1, but taking payments is straight forward and the app easy to use. Default setting was to print merchant receipt but not wanting to waste paper, I called Darryl and he talked me through how to disable it.

So far, so good!

Delighted with the service from DNA my…

Delighted with the service from DNA my initial meeting with James from sales was excellent, very thorough and he demonstrated all the features I was signing up for so I had a clear understanding. Then today Guy has helped me set up my new card machine and link payment APP, again very thorough and patient. Both James and Guy provided an excellent service. Delighted!

The move to DNA payments was smooth & simple.
Rocky explained everything in plain English & set up our account quickly.

Scam charges

This company has been chasing us for a £28 payment when we never entered into a contract or used the machine. The debt has been sold to a debt recovery agency with no bill, invoice or reason for this charge. Bullying small businesses is a disgrace. Absolute scam!

New Card Machine Setup

The gentleman who called to go through the setup was Guy. He was kind, patient, and explained things in a simple format for me to understand. I'm a dinosaur when it comes to tech, so was great to have his guidance at the end of the phone.

Amina was so great and kind, friendly, and knowledgeable

Amina was so great and kind. She called me up on Monday 15th December 2025 to set up the terminal and dashboard with myself. Unfortunately I was super busy and asked if she would be able to call back on Tuesday 16th December 2025 around 11am to set up within the business. She was so friendly and nice warm feeling I got from her. Very helpful and knowledgeable with the questions I asked and she given detailed answers back to me. I would highly recommend Amina. If I had any other issues or anything I would like to speak to her as I felt comfortable with her knowledge and understanding off her business.
