They Advertise Integrations They Don't Have

They advertise that they support WooCommerce integration, but they don't actually. You can only manually download and upload products, and those downloads are only available on upper-tier plans. But most of the additional features that come with the upper-tier plans are also not applicable to WooCommerce. Most of said features only work with Shopify. If they do not support all features you pay for on any given platform, that platform should not be listed, period. At a minimum they should plainly state that their entry-level plan is not compatible with WooCommerce, given how common it is.

Ich kann vor Doba nur warnen. Doba hat 100000 Dollar von mir blockiert und gibt sie nur gegen eine Gebühr frei. Das ganze haben Sie jetzt zum 3 Mal mit mir gemacht. Es wurde versprochen, dass das Geld ausgezahlt wird wenn man eine bestimmte Gebühr bezahlt. Dann ist nichts passiert. Nur eine neue Gebühr wurde fällig. Für mich ist das eindeutig Betrug. Ich werde jetzt juristisch gegen Doba vorgehen. Wer auch betroffen ist kann sich gerne der Klage anschließen.

The price constantly goes up while your listing capacity goes down steadily. Everything is overpriced!

Just a scam! Every few months they raise the price but drop the number listings you can add to your store. Been with this company for 2 years and it gets worst every month. Most of the original employees have resigned. Also the prices are so high you can't make a decent profit on anything they offer. Save yourself the haedache and money go with any other dropshipping company.

DO NOT RELY ON DOBA

DO NOT RELY ON DOBA SUPPORT. A FULL MONTH WITH NO ACTION

I’VE BEEN CHASING DOBA SUPPORT FOR OVER A MONTH. MULTIPLE AGENTS PROMISED “WE’LL EMAIL YOU WITH UPDATES.” I NEVER RECEIVED A SINGLE EMAIL. SUPPLIERS HAD ITEMS RETURNED BACK TO THEIR WAREHOUSES AND STILL HAVEN’T ISSUED MY REFUNDS.

THESE UNREFUNDED ORDERS TOTAL $3,241.38:

$1,331.71 (ELIO 60" VANITY) — “NO RETURN NEEDED” BUT STILL NO REFUND.

$773.64 (WALLACE & BAY DRESSER) — RETURNED TO SUPPLIER, NO REFUND.

$1,136.03 (96" × 48" METAL FRAMED MIRROR) — DAMAGED, RETURNED, NO REFUND.

I’M ON THEIR HIGHEST $299 PLAN AND EXPECTED REAL HELP. INSTEAD, IT’S BEEN SILENCE AND STALLING. I CAN’T ASK CUSTOMERS TO PAY RETURN SHIPPING WHEN THE FAULT IS ON THE SUPPLIER, AND DOBA WON’T ENFORCE THE SUPPLIER’S OWN POLICY. THIS HAS CAUSED MAJOR LOSSES FOR MY BUSINESS. THEY LITERALLY RAN THE BUSINESS TO THE GROUND.

I LIKE THE IDEA OF THE PLATFORM, BUT THE EXECUTION AND SUPPORT ARE ABSOLUTELY RUBBISH. UNTIL DOBA CAN PROVIDE RELIABLE FOLLOW-THROUGH AND ENFORCE REFUNDS PROMPTLY, I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS APP. AVOID AT ALL COST!!

They Pursued me to sign Up using Cybex Stroller, When I start trial by $0.99, I found Those Products are out of Stock. Misleading and disappointed.

I started a subscription and within ripped off 4…

I started a subscription and within 4 days realised none of what I wanted and added to my inventory (after hours spent) ships to Australia. On the fourth day o requested a cancellation and refund please and was advised I only had 3 days (72hours) to opt out and receive a refund… total rubbish - keep getting emails regarding items that are low in stock despite nerve being able to access the products and cancelling - find another supplier - massive disappointment and ultimately a completely unfair money grab for nothing !!!

The seller sent an incorrect tracking number and notice to delivered but it was not my address and my order. requested a correct tracking info. but failed for 2weeks. I requested to refund but not fully refund after several times contact. They took a money for transaction fee to me. The seller made "sold out" after then.
