I had an issue with a product listing last week and they figured out the problem and had it fixed before I even got off the phone. It's going to be honest since someone in my situation could benefit. I was let go from a logistics position in October, and being 43 with two children and a working wife who is on the side of things made it very scary. There have always been thoughts of having an online business but never acted upon them until then. The decision came down to outdoor gear and equipment since I really care about it, and the use of drop shipping since I didn't have the means to purchase inventory. The first attempt to find an e-commerce business platform was done on two sites, one with no customer service, and the second was dropshipping from China, where there was a complaint about a 17-day delivery. I was sitting at my kitchen table thinking I had failed already.
It was until I came across TopDawg. With all the help Paul gave me, it took me a day and a half to set up the shopify site, and by that weekend I had 180 items. I think it finally looked like it was becoming reality after my wife looked over my shoulder and told me she finally thought it was looking like

It took me about three weeks or so to research different options before deciding on TopDawg, largely because of some of the horror stories I'd heard about some of the others out there. The import of products was easy, and I had about 200 SKUs live within the first day of my store going live. But what really sets TopDawg apart is what happens on the back end of the operation. Orders are fulfilled correctly to the supplier, tracking information comes directly into Shopify without any intervention on my part, and the shipping times have been consistently within the 3-5 business day range. I've had the store live for about four months now and have had virtually no problems at all.

I am new to the Drop Shipping industry…
I am new to the Drop Shipping industry and have more questions than answers. My niche was rather specific in itself and I feared I couldn't find enough products to sustain a website. Weeks passed and I was really wondering what I had gotten myself into.
I saw an ad for TopDawg and after more searching, I felt with the number of Shippers they had available they may be a good source. So I called and Paul answered my call on the second ring. That alone surprised me for several other Suppliers either didn't answer or you could only email your questions.

An excellent experience
I just switched over to TopDawg after a very bad experience with another drop shipper. First, to be able to call and speak to someone and immediately get the help needed is so refreshing. With Paul’s help we were able to get up and running the same day adding an amazing selection of products in no time.
Like any software, there are a few minor issues being resolved, but the platform is intuitive and the workflow was easy. We are still waiting for our tax certificate so I cannot comment on the fulfillment experience yet; however, our confidence level is high based upon the excellent experience and understanding of the automation provided. I am looking forward to building a lasting relationship with Top Dawg. ,

Paul is the best.
