Scam company. Hired them for a month, but I have never had such difficulty cancelling when I was finished. By far it is the most difficult company to cancel that I have ever had in my life. I cancelled but didn't receive a confirmation mail. And then I got charged again the next month. I wrote to them to ask if I was still subscribed and they answered questions I didn't ask. Finally, after repeating the question several times they finally told me they couldn't see if I was subscribed or not and to look online in subscriptions. I told them nothing was showing whether I was subscribed or not. And up to now they have refused to answer. These people shoudl be in jail.

I had to translate a document. ONE document which I was happy to pay for. Somewhere in their T&C's there must have been a mention that they would take an additional payment every week, ongoing! I noticed the 11 outgoings payments today (17th Jan 26) and had my bank stop all future payments. Why would you risk negative feedback? My advice, do not trust them.

Uploaded a PDF in hebrew to AI translate to english. Got a "translated" document not in english, just random characters. Wrote to support and got, what I can only assume is a bot answer - "Company policy is strictly NO refunds. This policy is in place to ensure fairness and consistency for all users". So they provided NO service, charged money and won't refund out of fairness no other fools who used their service.

This is a scam, I paid 2.15 for translating a document (for which the translation was absolutely crap), then I was changed 14.99 USD each month for "storage", for which I never subscribed. I'm trying to unsubscribe and it is virtually impossible, I have to block my card.
It has all the prerequisites for a carefully crafted legal SCAM.

The translation of my book 100p turned into a 5pages book. Great !
So I wanted to unsuscribe from the trial period. But while I had suscribed with Apple id, I did not have and password to do so. They did not try to help, but left the invoicing running. I had to cancel my crédit card and order a new one.
