Absolutely appalling company to deal…
Absolutely appalling company to deal with. They decided not to support the TP Link modems anymore but didn't bother to tell US! Internet dropped out, called them, and after much stuffing about they said they would send a new modem out the next day. Here we are NINE days later, and no modem, and NINE days without internet. And customer service is just as bad. Sat on the phone for an hour before my call was taken and of course they don't know where it is, won't try and trace it, and so now I'm going to make sure that every billing period there is not money in my account for them to take!!!
EDIT: Just spoke to somebody at Dodo and found out they haven't even sent my modem yet. Are you kidding me Dodo?!?!? Terrible to deal with, just absolutely horrible!!!
Super unfriendly staff
Super unfriendly staff. They purposely slow down mobile data and increase the data usage. Very dodgy company. Stay away from this company, I AM WARNING YOU! YOU WILL THANK ME LATER

Customer service is terrible and they talk to you if your dumb and they talk down to you and don’t listen. I tried to explain all the troubleshooting I have done and all the excuses I have received is that my router or my house have issues. It’s funny when previous company I never had poor speeds and rare drops outs to something so poor and the call centre shuts so early before 5pm and their web site advertises 9pm dodgy or what. Please don’t use this company as it seems like I’m using dial up again.
Terrible customer service!
Terrible customer service - moving house - FAQs say it can be done online, follow the steps and am advised to call customer services who don't pick up (have been on hold for an hour the second time!).
Don't waste your time, go elsewhere!
Poor customer services
Poor customer services, needs to wait long time before able to speak to dodgy offshore centre staff who doesn't speak good English. Their system can't allow users to change customer login IDs. Always send out incorrect SMS messages that 'your payment is overdue' because apparently LONG after the payment has been made, their system can't seem to know it. I only join them for a few months and there has been NEVER short of problems.
