Eddie is a pleasure to deal with, efficient and personable. He explained all details clearly and took multiple requests on board. Quotations from Dolmen were very competitive and gave greater flexibility than other providers.

We went to Dolmen with no plans but knew we had to insure our camper van asap. I was having trouble insuring my home as it was an "alternative" build. Not only did Dolmon provide a same day insurance quote but they were quite a bit cheaper. I dealt with Eddie who was very helpful. I'm very happy and would certainly recommend.

My experience with Dolmen insurance was second to none, within a 24 hour period of reporting my claim about the damage to my van , my claim was addressed and my van was work in progress with the repairer, this eliminated a lot of stress for me, they went above and beyond. Great services from Anna from the camper van department when renewing our insurance. She was great in terms of going the extra mile regarding a quote for the upgrade to our motorhome. Dolmen were very competitive too hence choosing them year after year.

Hi I have always dealt with Aine Derham for years in relation to my Mortgage protection & life cover, in this case it was to renew my life cover, I sometimes find the forms very daunting & Aine as always is very patient & talks me through the forms & answers any questions i have, such a lovely person to talk to & i feel excellent at her job.

I have been insured with Dolmen for 7 years without any issues. This year I shopped around and found insurance with another company 100 pounds cheaper. I was shocked to find that when I asked for my No Claims for the new insurance company, I was told that they do not provide one. All I can get is a letter of driving experience which new insurance companies do not recognise. "Many thanks for your email. Unfortunately, you do not earn a No Claims Bonus under our camper scheme, however I can request a letter of driving experience for £10.00stg". I am now starting with a new insurance company again with 0 year No Claims.
