Our team prides itself on being highly professional whilst offering that personal touch and warmth which comes naturally from a family-run business. We care that you have the right stairlift or lifting solution fitted to meet your individual needs and with over 25 years’ experience, we are confident in the advice we give and the work we do. We don’t employ sales people to carry out our free surveys – just trained engineer surveyors who are not paid on a commission basis. So there’s no hard sell from us and we never outstay our welcome. The company engineer was punctual, polite and simply got on with the annual inspection.
No problems there but he kindly drew my attention to a 'soft' stair and even offered to line up a carpenter for me as I am nearly 78 and in poor health. Brilliant!

Great professionalism from office communication to first visit to installation by all concerned. Installed early August with friendliness and efficiency, we needed an alteration in October which was done with equal good will and skill. No pressure with initial admin and guarantee info, and the two engineers on the separate occasions of installation were excellent. Everything working well, thus writing review now. Thank you.

So Adam buck came first off to do the survey and then Leigh tucker came to install the stairlift today. The service from start to finish has been amazing you can tell from the way both men spoke they enjoyed their jobs and working for their company they were both kind polite and very professional.

We received and excellent service from Perry from Dolphin's initial survey to installation of the stairlift by the technician Gary.
The whole experience has been fantastic.
Gary was outstanding!!! -he was knowledgeable, courteous, efficient and exceptional at his job. All rubbish was removed and he left everything spotless.
He took time to explain all aspects of the stairlifts function and really put as at ease.
Would 100% recommend both Dolphin and Gary the installer.
The positive change that having a stairlift will make to my husbands life cannot be described- thank you

I was very impressed with my recent experience when Dolphindevon installed a stairlift. My cottage has narrow steep stairs with a bend and overhanging ceiling. Ben and Lee did a brilliant job, with little disturbance and no mess. They were polite and careful and explained everything to me. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

The Engineer was fantastic! Highly knowledgeable.
My engineer phoned to tell me who would be visiting. He was polite, kind and spent a good amount of time ensuring the stairlift was operational and working to it's best. The full service includes a clean (which was more required in the areas that I could not reach - pet hair had got under the casing out of reach!). All in all a great experience and your engineer should be thanked for his professional attitude.
