It was my first purchase and I was very impressed with the quality of the console table and the communication with the customer service. It came in time and It looks amazing in my foyer. The price was also very reasonable.Thank you for your professionalism.

Very disappointing on all fronts

Very disappointing on all fronts
Placed an online order with promise of shipment in 3-4 days. Did not receive an email confirmation and after 10 days with no shipment, their online chat didn't work, took several phone calls to get a person on the phone only to be told they cancelled my order with no notification or communication. Will not use them again.

Excellent Customer Service!

I was constantly kept in the loop on the status of my LED mirror whose back order date kept getting pushed back. Once mirror had shipped, they provided tracking immediately. They were extremely attentive during the entire process.
Appreciate the gold star customer service!
