Honestly, one of the worst food delivery experiences I’ve ever had. My pizzas arrived late, were delivered to my neighbour’s house by mistake, and were left outside in the rain! Thankfully, my neighbour brought them over to me, but by that point, the pizzas were completely cold. What an absolute joke.

You’d think getting a refund for food that was delivered late, left in the rain, and arrived cold would be straightforward, but apparently not with DoorDash. The refund process was ridiculously long and frustrating, and dealing with customer service was another nightmare. The representative I spoke to was extremely rude and completely unhelpful, making an already bad experience even worse.

Instead of taking responsibility and making things right, the whole process felt like I was being punished for a mistake that wasn’t mine.

I would strongly recommend avoiding DoorDash and using Uber Eats instead. In my experience, Uber Eats is a much better option. There’s no excuse for paying for food only to have it delivered to the wrong house, left in the rain, and handed to you cold, followed by a frustrating refund process and rude customer service.

Save yourself the headache, the wasted money, and the disappointment. DoorDash has lost my trust, and I certainly won’t be rushing back. Absolutely disgraceful service!

So I tip, $7 for a mile pickup and they send a BOT that makes me go outside to grab it!! I was tipping a human, not a computer!!! So stupid!! You need to stop DoorDash ASAP!!

DON’T SIGN UP ON DOORDASH!!!! They are the worst people to deal with when something goes wrong. Word of warning, there’s no number to call, just a stupid bot! My order never got delivered and when I questioned it with doordash they wouldn’t refund, said I would have dispute it with my bank. Drivers are scammers!!! Everything associated with this company is a scam!! Stay away!!!

This is the worst place to buy delivery food on th door dash app and all of their foods are cold as well. They tack on huge fees and also recurring fees too. I will never use them again since I ordered foods in Las Vegas and I got very bad food poision which made me throw up all over the place then. They are terrible delivery app not worth the money at all now.

And if I drive it’s 8 minutes away…. It’s crazy door dash exploits you. Untop of that even if you pay for priority drop off they just deliver according to distance and disregard who paid. And who ordered first

Do not order from them and do not sign up for the dashpass membership. They charge a whole year subscription without warning. I contacted them straight away and they refuse a refund. The service is shit and the driver was rude

I placed an order on doordash and only 1/3 of my order was dropped off. When I tried to contact the driver they hung up on me. When I tried to contact customer support on the app it is very difficult to find. Then when I finally was able to get connected with a customer service agent - Ayushi - she was no help at all. I had to place another order to receive the food that I had originally ordered and pay ANOTHER service fee and tip. I requested from Ayushi to refund me the tip as well as the service fee from the original order because the service paid for was not completed and she refused to refund me the service fee resulting in me now paying over $10 for services I never received. Horrible service. Rude driver. Difficult to even find customer service. Worst of all horrible customer service. With so many food delivery options available why give service to the worst customer service

Worse customer service ever. Will charge you even if your order wasn't delivered or missed items. You have to spend at least 30 mins on the phone to proof your case because they have to escalate issue at least three times while having you on the phone. BEWARE

My order was never delivered. They still charge me full price called customer service and they only refund it $10 out of 42 almost $43 never got my food and still paid for it. Ridiculous. I will not be ordering again from them.

DoorDash is a joke. On my Canadian account I ordered a $200 e-gift card and sent it via text to a cdn phone number. It was only after it was purchased it showed it was in US currency. Which is then $297 cdn. I immediately contacted DoorDash. They told me that all gift card sales are final and there’s nothing they can do and with it being a US gift card it is also unusable in Canada. I just wanted it canceled so that I could then order a card that could be used in Canada. They were not willing to help in any way.

So yesterday I purchased a party size pizza on DoorDash with a 2 L Coke zero and the delivery driver came on a E bike. My pizza looked like it was flipped around in a box like it was thrown to the ground after I paid $38 for everything in total my kids couldn’t eat the pizza because it was all smooshed together. I contact DoorDash and told them how highly upset I was tell me why DoorDash only offered me five dollars back no, I want my full refund because how is my kids gonna eat a piece of that look like it’s been thrown on the floor and picked back up and put in the box!! Mind you it looks like pizza was missing

Have now order twice and have had to cancel the order because of an hour long wait. first cancelation they only refunded part of the cost. Door dash sucks and should be shut down!

I ordered today from doordash. The person said they delivered my order and didn't. I was waiting and was right near my front door. I conversed with doordash and they did refund me but it is not immediate. As a result I have gone without lunch today. I also asked for a photo of where they delivered this and they cannot provide one they could not even confirm where it was delivered. I informed them I am closing the account as soon as i do get a refund. They are totally unreliable as I have had too many instances where my food took over an hour or more to be delivered.

I’m really curious as to whether anyone on earth has ever received a pizza from DoorDash that is even warm. I feel a little stupid because I received a cold cardboard pizza tonight with a bit of hard cheese and a handful of red poker chips across the top and had a déjà vu feeling - because this is every pizza delivered by DoorDash. Never again.

Terrible experience! I ordered 4 dinners from 54th street grill using door dash and only 3meals arrived, and when I complained thru the app (as the directions stated I must) I was given a "refund" of $5.12 for a dinner that cost 18.35 (before tax).Dispite numerous attempts to have this corrected, I'm continually told that 5.12 is the limit they can refund me on a $96.00 order plus $8 tip, which is insulting especially considering that our dinner was ruined, we all had to cut our dinners in half to feed the person that didn't receive one. i will be closing door dash account and recommend that nobody use. They went above and beyond to be unhelpful.

I'd give a negative if possible. Ordered a simple coffee drink to be delivered to oour child who works at a vary large prominent aquarium. These clowns delivered to some random house and now refuse to correct or refund for mistake. My wife left a decent tip expecting decent service. No such luck. Now we're going the chargeback route. Abysmal customer care and sketchy outfit. Order was screwed up comletely, refund for services not rendered was denied, and Delivery drivers are a complete joke.

I ordered burgers and fries. The order was late and cold, and I ended up throwing it out. For my $42 they offered me $9 of refund. I'll never use door dash again.

Dasher had my order for more than an hour without moving in any direction. Doordash refused to refund. Dasher arrived with my food an hour and a half later, cold, of course. Have you tried to microwave McDonald's before? It's disgusting.

Mynorder was canceled because i didnt tip 100% of the value of the order according to the driver. Food always arrives cold, terrible customer support. Deleted app and will never use again
