DoorDash canceled my order but still charged me. When I contacted customer support, they refused to issue a refund—even though I never received the order. This was frustrating and unfair. I expect DoorDash to review the charge and refund me for the canceled order.

Wish I could go more than 1 star horrible I can’t even put it into words I’m so disgusted by the customer support. I received the wrong order and was impossible to get through to them once I did get through them, they didn’t help me at all

They don't care nothing about their customers or the money they lose. They will not refund you even when you get something you didn't order. Wish I could post pics of the food I got yesterday compared to what they advertising they sell. Wasted my money.

DoorDash is consist, consistently degrading in service. Constant orders incomplete, constant deliveries to the wrong location, and consistently hiring drivers that lack basic communication skills who can read the order, confirm it’s right, and delivering it correctly. Now, having to pay extra to get your order delivered or it sits in a car while it travels around to a bunch of other locations has really discouraged using this service.

Some Doordash contractors are the worst. Doordash needs to vet who they go into business with. Poor customer service from people who don't want to do this job in the first place. I'm done with them.

If I could do zero stars I would , they are unbelievable .keep telling me I need a new phone number to sign up...smh the worse business!!!

It’s actually a 0. I ordered a car part & paid 100.00. The time changed from arrival 9:50-10:40. Then it read arrived at 11:00 which was not true. I was sitting in the office waiting on them to arrive. I contact DoorDash to let them know it didn’t arrive. I receive immediately no refund or delivery available. The auto part store states it hasn’t been delivered & they’ll update. Speak to DoorDash because I need my part or my money & am told in chat they can’t change decision because they have GPS info to show delivered. Speak to Jey in support & he states they can’t see GPS & the merchant completed in system. This will be resolved by any means necessary. 🤬🤬

DoorDash customer service sucks

First time ordering through DoorDash,
1 hour and 15 mins later, they cancelled the order. Now wait 5-7 days for refund.
Will never use this so called “service” again.

They are total thieves. I placed an order for chinese food for my girlfriend while I was away working. We get a picture with it saying delivered with an obvious photo taken by the delivery driver of the house as he is driving by with no image of bags delivered. Girlfriend looks all over cannot find the food. I reach out to the driver via door dash chat and ask where the food is, he says the restaurant was closed when he got there and that he supposedly told doordash and I would get a refund. I tried to get the refund via the app and was denied. We called and spoke to the rep, who claims he cannot see where the driver told me the restaurant was closed, but he can only see the lines below that where I tell the driver that door dash refused to refund it and that you all are a bunch of thieves! Of course they cannot see the lines above it because they are over in India and obviously cannot read. The Indian call taker says he will email me so I can send him a screenshot of the text messages on their own app where the driver tells me the restaurant was closed. Nope he never sends it…then claims it’s in my spam..it was not. So I go to check my credit card after I told them I would charge it back and they increased the charge by $10 more dollars.

Doordash sucks after you reach premium status because you stop getting good offers or any at all

They don’t let you order Arby’s I thought you order anything you wanted but they don’t allow Arby’s? It’s 15minutes away lol

Would give no stars if I could. Grocery delivery is a joke. I do not ever get the correct items, drivers do not wait for you to message back before checking out, and door dash frequently denies refunds when they are at fault. waste of money. They also upcharge many products and instruct the drivers to throw away store receipts.

The markups on this app are actually disrespectful and egregious, things are genuinely double the price than they are direct from the business, and they often run incredibly scammy and misleading “ promos” where they say something is buy one get one but then mark up the price to double. They act like they think we’re stupid. I don’t understand how it’s legal. I saw a honeygrow stir fry “buy one get one” where a single stir fry cost 30 dollars, and that’s before door dashes insane fees. Not to mention if there’s a problem with your order the business won’t just fix it because it went through DoorDash. Anyone who uses DoorDash either has insane disposable income or is clinically insane.

Door Dash refuses to compensate me for food I did not receive. I sent them a photo of what was received and I was missing the MAIN item. I ordered a family CHICKEN meal for 4 people and received NO chicken at all!! Door Dash "reviewed" my complaint and decided the order was not eligible for any refund. I EVEN CALLED THEM AND GOT THE SAME RUN AROUND! Didn't even receive the MAIN dish of the meal!! I am done with this company. It's already super expensive with all the fees. I will try another delivery service. Door Dash should be ashamed stealing from people! Disgusting!

My order was never delivered, the pic of my goods the dumb girl and her thug boyfriend bodyguard, was clearly taken in her back seat, but doordash denied my complaint just ripped me off. No refund.

This is a zero rating. The ai monster that is doordash can't figure out what went wrong so app deleted and won't be using again. Assholes

Worst gd company. Pay a ridiculous amount for them to assign drivers three orders and so when they pick up your hot food and deliver it 40 minutes later it's nice and cold. There is no support at all. I'm not messaging my driver when it isn't their fault WORST COMPANY

1 star is generous. I ordered an item from Best Buy on 10/21 with an expected delivery of 10/22. I received an email confirming that my item was picked up by DoorDash on 10/21. By the end of the day 10/22 I started calling to find out where my order was. Initially DoorDash said they didn't have the item, but when I called back a second time after confirming with Best Buy that the item had been picked up the previous day picked up, I was told by DoorDash they had the item, but it was only picked up on 10/22 a full day later despite my email conformation it had been picked up the previous day and what Best Buy had confirmed. Now DoorDash is telling me that it is a depot and that I may receive my order 'sometime in the next 24hrs'. DoorDash is unable to provide any other information beyond this. Now my question is an email and Best Buy telling it was picked up on 10/21 then DoorDash first saying they don't have the item now do, but I won't receive it until possibly another 24hrs after the promised by date, who is lying? I think it is yet again DoorDash and that my item is probably lost or stolen and don't want to admit it. A bunch of crooks if you ask me.

I ordered flowers for a friend whose husband had died the night before. Paid for a beautiful bouquet and they delivered some cheesy, cheap carnations. I requested reimbursement at 2 levels and both were denied. I suspect Robin( in Duncan, Vancouver island) switched the purchase and pocketed the difference. This is fraud and theft. I'm gobsmacked at how bad this all is.
