Amazing experience and fast approval!
I just finished my assessment with DooÜ and got approved for my prescription, and I couldn’t be happier! The whole process was clear, professional, and surprisingly fast — even over the weekend. They were very thorough with my medical history and took my concerns seriously, especially regarding my prediabetes and PCOS.
I’m now waiting for their partner pharmacy to fill my prescription, and I’m genuinely excited to start this new journey with DooÜ’s Medical Weight Loss Program. Their team made me feel supported, informed, and hopeful for the first time in a long while.

Positive Experience Ordering Mounjaro
It was smooth, seamless process to obtain a prescription when doctor ignored my need for weight loss as a type 2 diabetic. Source of diabetes is weight and solution is to reduce weight not managing symptoms of high blood sugar. Type 2 diabetes can be reversed in majority of cases. In addition, when you put on weight, body sets a new set point making it impossible to lose weight. Then, you either need GLP medication or a gastric bypass surgery.

I have been completely mislead…
I was led to believe that my insurance had pre-approved me but they hadn’t. When I submitted the claim they refused it.
The second shipment was sent automatically two weeks prior to needing it and my credit card charged again.
My insurance asked me to fill in an authorization form from the Dr and DooU refused and said my family physician had to do it. My family doctor won’t do it because he doesn’t prescribe anything for weight loss no matter the circumstances. So I am now out $1000 when it wasn’t in my budget because DooU mislead me.

Regarding DooU reply- I have contacted your customer care team and they are unwilling to fill in my pre-authorization forms. This is why I have written the review I did. Let’s not fool ourselves into believing that you provide this service for people that have a family Dr that are in favor of prescribing weight loss medication and are surviving on misleading client/patients to earn your sales. If DooU wants to fix this they can contact me directly and fill in the pre-authorization forms already emailed to your customer care team.

Extremely unsafe and in bad faith
I asked to cancel before the assessment. There was no response to any attempts the assessment proceeded, the doctor prescribed what I had stated had previously made me ill. I will be getting this charged reversed on my CC and caution anyone to use this service. They are not even reading you details and prescribing according. Its extremely unsafe!

Iam grateful for this opportunity to try ozympic again, and very excited. This is my 2nd time on it. I have lost 30lbs the 1st time I tried Ozympic and had a few side effects but managed, by drinking lots of water or Gatorade it helped with the headaches and achy bones but was well worth it at the end.
