Tracking was not updated
Tracking was not updated! Gave me the run around, ordered my medication on the 7th and it showed that my medication was in Memphis Tennessee, I live in Mississippi and the medication came from Florida. When I called, no answer, when I texted, no response!! Then they tried to tell me that it arrived on the 10th, but my tracking was not updated, it was a complete boo boo show. I felt like they tried to blame me for the tracking.

Not sending what I requested and what I had previously purchased. When I called they said someone would get back with me - noone ever did. Had to chase people down & then dr. told me my dosage had to change - not true. Also - noone responding to my chat on parlaymed - for days & deleting it on their end.

Person I spoke with was great. Super annoying that when they call for my appointment every time it goes straight to voicemail because it comes over as spam even when I have saved the number to my phone. Please get that resolved soon so patient aren’t having to play phone tag all day, especially on a workday

Hopefully something else will work
they have worked with me on getting time to be able to get my injections and i have lost weight and feel better but i feel like i have wasted my money the last 3 times because it's not working, I love the company they are great and i sure hope this next round they can help me. I just cant waste my money on something that has not been working .
