After months of issues with this company, I can no longer recommend it. Find another company. The staff is great if you're happy, but have an issue and forget it. Long delays, no responses, orders arriving HOT.
I'm done with overlooking the many negatives. My last order was today and I assure you, I will never put my trust in this company again. Run, don't walk away.

Horrible delivery and packaging
This is Gineara Penn. I am reaching back out to you. This is the 2nd time my medication came unsatisfactory. The first time was OK. The 2nd and this last experience which was today was horrible.
My medication the 2nd delivery came with not enough in it looked wet as if it was spilled out and it wasn't cold!!! The medicine was warm. This medication today was warm melted ice pack and there was no samples of a protein pack and mouth strip. Im upset . I am.paying almost $400 a month for this medication and it's not even being kept cold! I will be considering going back to my regular doctor office for my GLPs . I want compensation this is ridiculous!!!

It got to be expensive after shopping…
It got to be expensive after shopping around i found the same one I was taking for half they didn't offer to price matching,but all and all my experience was well worth it the staff handled every question I had with kindness and concern and professionalism.

Communication is good
Communication is good. Customer service is good. As for product? Used two weeks so far no weight loss. Started from beginning AGAIN, which is basically a waste of my money. Lets see in four weeks from now.
