Faulty lights fittings . Which don't fit and have runs in paint. Delivery over a month. Contact number in London is some dodgy mobile number. Sent several emails which never get replies. Chat is also unanswered. Avoid buying from here. I will seek refund. This company should be investigated. TAKE NOTE TRADING STANDARDS!!! Remove these frauds, do not buy.

If you are happy for delivery to take at least twice as long as it should, arrive in two separate deliveries from china, inevitably have some damage, not get replies from customer services, not get any instructions for putting the product together (not straight forward), and finally have to go to the expense of buying a china to UK plug adaptor, then buy from this company. Otherwise avoid. And this is a shame as the product, although expensive, is decent.

Been waiting for my lights for over 3 months. Tracking says they have been with the courier in London for 4 weeks. Customer services said they were in a queue to be delivered 3 weeks ago but since then they have not returned emails or answered the phone. Starting to think this is a scam.

We order a ceiling fan light from them. Communication was very confusing, the delivery journey reset several times and it took 4 weeks to arrive. In the meantime we were told on numerous occasions that delivery should be in the coming days. When it finally arrived all the instructions were in Chinese and so are the buttons on the remote control. Nowhere in the description did it say it come only in Chinese language.

I wish there was an option of giving these guys no stars. One star seems too generous. Great selection of lights but that’s where the good side of this company ends. Shipping comes from China and takes weeks to arrive. Zero correspondence. No option to cancel the order. Items arrived… finally. They were nothing like what had been advertised; cheap plastic lights is what I received. Awful! Try return them/ not a chance. Email after email each email goes unanswered. Absolutely shocking! Stay away. Now I’m stuck with cheap awful lights gathering dust and which I don’t want and know I can’t get rid of either because they are so cheap and awful. At over £200 for trash, it’s criminal! Stay away!

I placed an order on the 5th of July, which arrived after 4 weeks of ordering. After pestering and emailing them on several occasions, they delivered my order once opening the Parcel I had received a broken rod but thought maybe the electrician could fix it. As I knew this company would never reply their emails. However I was told by the electrician this light was completely Broken and they could not install it. Which is extremely frustrating bearing in mind I had to wait 4 weeks for the delivery to arrive, which arrived broken and unusable.
I have emailed them once again hoping that a refund or a replacement will be send out, but once again no response from them at all.
I now have a light which is faulty and broken, and a waste for 200 pound.
Avoid this company at all costs they either don’t deliver in the time frame, or if you’re lucky and receive the item it will be broken and not worth the cost and the time you spend emailing them. As they will never reply!!!
Extremely disappointed to know the company does not care about customer satisfaction at all, neither do they seem to phased by it.

Waited three long weeks for the goods to arrive, only to learn that these are cheap Chinese products, overpriced by the store. Arrived faulty and Doruva will not answer the phone (they only have a mobile number advertised) and do not reply to emails. Wish I had checked here before handing over money! Avoid this unprofessional outfit at all costs. Like others, I will be instigating a chargeback with my bank to recover my money.
