Like others - terrible

Like others, super long wait for the order to arrive from China ( this was not made clear on their website ) . Order that arrived was wrong, ordered usb rechargeable lights but mains powered ones arrived . Nothing back from customer services via phone, mail and chat. I’m still chasing.

I would advise people not to order from this company.

Delivery delays

Ordered my 2 ceiling lights 16 days ago- shipped ages ago but my lights have still not arrived. To their credit, replies to my emails are quick and they are apparently chasing, but the lights are still not here. Having to cancel my planned electrician and quite frankly do not know when they will arrive. Maybe change your delivery partners? This appears to be a reoccurring issue. Hope to change this review from a 1 star soon assuming the lights actually arrive.......

i ordered a colour changing light which…

i ordered a colour changing light which was meant to change to cool or warm the light has arrived and the light does not change colour i am now being told the switch does not come with the light and you have to buy separate this was not stated in the description and they are now guiding me to buy a dimmer from amazon which is still not going to resolve the issue as i need to change the colour not dim it.

DO NOT BUY

This company is not UK based at all. They operate from china hence the chinese courier number. I have no issue with chinese products but I have an issue with false advertising! Recieved part of my order today, no sign of the remainder of the order. Well past the delivery timelines that they advertise on their website. Other comments on here look to be paid reviews as the one item I have recieved so far is absolutely horrible quality! Screws sticking out of the back….how is it supposed to sit flush against a ceiling?! You stick LED strips (the cheapest you can find) into a flimsy metal casing which has damaged in transport! You advertise luxury, you charge luxury, you deliver very poor quality and your customer service is non existent! Your base in london is a block of flats…the floor you are leasing is no way big enough for storage for a luxury lighting company! Google is king…do your homework guys before buying!

Your order was shipped in multiple parcels, and tracking shows the remaining items are still in transit. We’ve already provided tracking updates via email.

Avoid - scam

Ordered a light and received notification it was shipped on the 30th June over 2 weeks later and it’s still not here. When I check the tracking it looks fake - I have also emailed them twice and have had no response. I would avoid as the company feels like a scam but I will be reporting to trading standards and I want my money back.

We did receive the item, it took over a month. If the company just advised that it was coming from China then that would better manage expectations! We have not put it up yet, but just wanted to clarify we did receive it 👌

Ordered frame , 3 weeks later still not delivered

Ordered a frame, 3 weeks later still no signs of delivery. Contacted their customer service and they said it should hopefully come soon. No timelines provided.

Doruva Lights Review – Very Disappointing

I placed an order with Doruva Lights but never received the item. I reached out to their customer service multiple times but got no response. This has been a frustrating and disappointing experience. Based on my experience, I would not recommend ordering from them. Feels like a scam. They provide you with a tracking number to make it seem all legit but it’s all a scam the order still shows it’s shipping even though the company is a UK based company. PLEASE BE AWARE AND DONT ORDER FROM DORUVA.

Been waiting for my order since 17th…

Been waiting for my order since 17th June, tracking does not show where it is and when it will arrive and the customer service barely responds and when they do is the same message that it will eventually.
