Dose of Lashes Reviews 622

Lashes ordered 18 June, still not received at time of writing, 09 July. DOLs were slow to ship in the first place and then Royal Mail told me they’ve been misdelivered. I appreciate this isn’t DOL’s fault.

What is their fault is the fact that I had to send a number of emails & DM’s (5) before receiving the courtesy of a response, having waited the ‘4-5 working day’ timeframe stipulated.

When they did eventually reply, they said they’d launch their own investigation. Clearly they haven’t bothered, if they had, Royal Mail would have told them the same that they told me. The posties have GPS and they can see it’s gone to the wrong house but aren’t allowed to diviulge which.

I suggested DOLsneed to improve on responding to enquiries given that all their poor feedback surrounds customer service, and also that it was poor commercially to expect customers to foot the bill in these circumstances (eg they could have sent me a replacement and claimed the money back off Royal Mail if they want repeat custom).

The response? To blame me as the customer for not being ‘understanding’ that a Royal Mail investigation takes 30 days and to admit that they don’t actually know what’s gone on with my package (so they haven’t actually launched their own investigation then either like they said, if they had, they would’ve been told the same as me, so they’d know the facts for themselves and that I’m not ‘lying.’)

In summary, they are slow to ship, their communication is poor, and when they do communicate, they are really rude. Woeful customer service!

Also, the product is over -priced and mediocre. I fell for the ‘alternative to lash extensions’ marketing since I can’t wear them.

I did actually order another pair straight away (before all this palava) by next day delivery. They are mediocre at best. Thick band, not great quality, can’t withstand much use. Definitely not worth £11 a pair. Don’t waste your money. I’ll be sticking to buying multipacks in TK Maxx for half the price and twice the quality in future!

Dose of lashes is my favourite lash brand of all time. Their styles are amazing, they are easy to apply with their thick supportive banding and look great on everyone! They have covered all the styles you could possibly want from lashes. I’ve been buying these since they started out and I will continue to do so!

The lash glue actually says what it means. It does not irritate the eyes. Previous lash glues gave me a stye 😓. But thisssss glue is something else! Brilliant! 🤩

I had lash extensions for years but I would NEVER go back to paying crazy prices now I’ve discovered Dose of Lashes. The lashes are absolutely insane and their blender has completely changed my makeup game. Every interaction I’ve had with the people behind this brand has been SO lovely and it just makes me want to support it even more!! Dose of lashes is honestly worth all the money you pay and more.

Honestly the best eyelashes I have ever used (and I’ve been wearing falsies for 10 years!!). They look like lash extensions without the price tag / maintenance / risk to your natural lashes. I always get asked if I have extensions and when I say no people always want to know where I buy them from. The customer services is always incredible. From freebies in my orders to helping me work out which lashes are which because I lost the boxes. I will never go anywhere else for my lashes.

I ordered the 30 piece brush set and OH MY GOD, AMAZING!! Precision brushes are my all time favourite and there where so many choices. They are also so so soft, like SO soft. 😍

Where do I start… I have so much good things to say about this company!
I’ve wore strip lashes everyday for about 20 year. I have very sensitive skin and eyes so finding lashes and glue that are comfortable and don’t irritate my skin has always been a challenge, until I found this brand. Without a doubt the best lashes and glue I’ve ever used. No irritation what so ever. I also have a condition that causes my hands to be very painful, and when I’m having a flare up things like putting lashes and make up on can be very difficult. That’s until I started using the am 2 pm eyelash glue… literally took seconds to get my lashes on, made it an absolute breeze!! Every style I’ve bought is absolutely stunning and I’m forever getting compliments, with people thinking I’ve had lash extensions. They last ages as well providing you take care of them.
That then brings me to their blenders… oh… my… god… they are like some sort of magic!! Totally changed how my make up looked, no more cakey foundation or blenders that eat up your foundation. Just went on so easy and took much less time to do, bonus for my sore hands. Whilst awaiting a new baddie blender I used another blender and that’s when I really realised just how good the dose of lashes blenders were… my make up looked an absolute riot with the other brand and I had to touch up all day as my foundation was just sliding off my face. I honestly don’t know how I ever lived without the baddie blender!!
Aside from the incredible products is the customer service, they respond so quickly and always go out their way to ensure you are happy. Always a total pleasure to talk to as well, could not be any nicer. I’ve also had wee extras popped in my order on a few occasions now which is so unbelievably kind.
I could go on and on about my love for this company but I’ll leave it at that and let you all try for yourself… you will not be disappointed !

These lashes are the best strip lashes I have ever bought! Since becoming allergic to extensions I wanted some that looked exactly like that and all I can say is wow you got it spot on! Thankyou so much I am in love😍 p.s they’re also super comfy I can wear them all day and completely forget I have them on!

So like a lot of others my review is negative due to the poor customer service. Wish I'd looked on trust pilot before I ordered.
I had a fairly simple problem which could have been easily dealt with however after asking for photos they never got back to me. I then seen a post from them on social media so I commented asking if they were going to respond to me. Another customer contacted me at this point telling me how bad the customer service is and I noticed that every single comment on their social media is positive which I find very strange - no company is that good! Next thing they blocked me and deleted my comment so it's clearly a tactic they use to avoid any negative experiences being seen by others. Then they replied to my original query in an accusatory manner stating there was nothing they could do as it was my fault. I replied explaining further but they were having none of it and to be honest by this point I'm pretty annoyed at their manner. I ended by sending them a reply with some pointers on how to offer better customer service and how to look professional on social media without blocking people and removing their comments.
It's a shame as I do like the lashes although god knows if they'll fall apart like others have said. But I most definitely wouldn't use this company again purely due to their horrible attitude and unprofessional manner.
Can only hope they might have learned something from my advice!!

Such amazing lashes. I have never got on with lash extensions as my eyes are super sensitive and these are a DREAM. Absolutely saved my life. Won’t use anything else. Girls are super lovely and hard working. Had over 30 wears with these 100% recommend!!! Xx

Ever since my first purchase from Dose of Lashes I’ve been hooked to say the least! The quality, price and customer service from the girls is absolutely incomparable!💖 if you haven’t tried them you really need to, I promise you won’t be disappointed! ‘Baddie’ is my holy grail, constantly getting asked if I’ve had lash extensions, no babe just the best falsies ever!! I am so excited for my order to come as I’ve gone for a different style this time. The AM to PM lash glue does exactly what it says on the packaging, I have quite sensitive eyes and used to have issues with other glues but I’ve never had a problem with this one, currently on my 3rd tube🙈 Thank you for creating such an amazing brand girls, you are smashing it! Best strip lashes I’ve ever purchased. Not only do they look like lash extensions but they seriously last me a good 30 uses (w proper care). Will only buy my lashes from here moving forward :)

I must admit these lashes are the best I've ever worn and I've been through loads and these are the ones hands down. the packaging is so amazing as you can keep your lashes safe and clean, the quality of the lashes is unique just like you've had them done, loads of different styles to choose from, really easy to put on, very comfortable, they are easy to clean, I just wouldn't recommend sleeping in them as they will lose there shape, the price is just right. I always get comments if I've had them done personally I'm like nope girl you need dose of lashes in your life, my favourite is baddie and 420.
Recently tried the AM to PM glue, it is really good last all day and night, easy to use, sticks well.
also got the make up bag as it was so cute, the quality is just great, looks just like the photo, I use it for my lashes as it fits them in there perfectly, handy to take out and keep all your lashes and glue in that's what I use it for, I just love it, keep up the amazing work ❤
