We have been using Dotdigital for about six months now after switching from another email marketing provider, and I have been thoroughly impressed with the user-friendly platform and exceptional customer service. The transition was smooth, thanks to their intuitive interface and the outstanding training and support from Nicolle and Alyssa. The team at Dotdigital has been incredibly supportive, always available to address our questions and provide expert guidance. The platform is easy to use, with robust analytics and reporting features that provide valuable insights. Their learning hub is excellent, and the easy editor makes building emails very simple.

DotDigital is my preferred email marketing platform - it's the right combination of easy to use, and sophisticated features that are useful every day (e.g. the ability to easily resend an email campaign to new recipients)

Jay is a fabulous account manager. He's always great at sharing any new updates on the platform and really clear in explaining the changes. He is always on hand to help with any requests and will happily chase if we are waiting on anything. He is also very supportive on making sure we are getting the most out of the platform. In our catch ups he's always helpful in letting us know in advance if we are reaching any limits with our account - couldn't recommend any more.

It’s great to brainstorm with Jay on how we can better assist our customers with DotDigital. He is always eager to help and promptly investigates any points we raise. His follow-up is quick and concrete, and he responds promptly to our questions via email. We also find our monthly meetings very productive. In short, Jay is great!

We switched to DotDigital as we were having issues with our other provider. We have been really happy with them, the account management is great, if help is needed it is accessible quickly and knowledgeable, their learning hub is great and the easy editor makes building emails very simple. We haven't been able to delve deeper into some of the areas like SMS as much as we wanted to but excited about this capability.

Customer support is extremely responsive and helpful. It can take a bit of pushing when it comes to more complicated issues that arise to get the right folks to help you, but ultimately, every problem has been resolved.

We signed up about a year ago with Dotdigital, Its such a great platform and it has been an absolute pleasure to work with Alyssa Brown, our customer Success Manager. She is always thinking about helping us perform better with the platform, explaining the new features and roll outs. She has been a great help even when we need technical assistance of new installations by directing is to the correct teams. Overall its been a great experience
