Dotpost is pretty useless really
It's pretty useless really if you can't access it. I've been trying now for about 2hrs to log in and nothing happens, it just times out telling me that the server is taking too long to respond and I need to access correspondence from my hospital. What a waste of time.....

Website down every time I need it
When it works it's not bad but every single time I get a notification I have a mail, the service is down.
In the world of cloud hosting and autoscaling, having a website go offline due to predicted load is unacceptable. They should scale up to as many servers as they need to serve up their content if they sign a contract and send out emails en masse rather than drip feeding them over a few days or weeks

I have been using the Dotpost App but…
I have been using the Dotpost App but today it’s not allowing access and Dotpost themselves told me they are deleting App, what a total waste of time this Dotpost has been. Now I’m not sure were my NHS Appointment letters will posted, once again we have to rely on our much degraded Royal Mail. Once recognised as the best postal service in the world.

Worse than email. No send facility so we cannot respond to communications.
This is a service to receive communications. There is no facility to respond.
It's pointless.

Absolutely awful, can't sign in with activation code, email and password, request a reset password link, no code sent. About as much use as an ashtray on a motorbike
