Called for a Dpf clean and the kind gentleman over the phone gave me an appointment however when they came over the guy just talking nonstop trying to crack funny jokes when he’s not funny just a pain in the a**, told me my car was a milfs car when it’s not, talking about his kid half the time and didn’t do any work looked my dpf and walked away without no work just spoke to me and left I paid a deposit of £120 dodgy people don’t do card machine and insist on bank transfer. Diagnostics was included he didn’t even run diagnostics and didn’t come back afterwards they didn’t even pick up the phone won’t use this company nobody use it reviews are bad as it is

These guys are just trying to get as much money out of you as possible. One guy says something on the phone about a deposit and takes £120. Then another guy turns up and says it's a call out charge to be added on to a £264 Clean. They didn't even fix the problem, saying it was a faulty sensor and broke my dipstick off. I held £100 back as I wasn't happy at all and i complained about how this company communicated its DEPOSIT/CALL OUT CHARGES. I then get told its a deposit and I received an invoice which clearly points out they owe me £25 and then suddenly the invoice is re sent with the £25 added on. Absolute joke. Avoid them at all costs and stand your ground if they've tried to scam you too! Either they are completely incompetent or they're on the scam. Either way, don't trust them with your car!!

Stay away from this company. I should have read Trustpilot reviews before contacting DPF Medic. I have just been coned £264 for a job on my Honda CRV. I trusted them to work on my car in my absence as I was working, the technician lied to my wife that they have cleaned the DPF and all was good. I drove the car for few minutes, the warning light came back on and the engine lost power.
Contacted DPF Medic, asking for the diagnostic report and receipt, but no response from them.
Please avoid this company at all cost.

The mechanic arrived on time and was very pleasant. Explained about the issue and what he was going to do. Got on with the job at hand efficiently and job completed. I was sceptical about some of the reviews and decided to take a chance and was not disappointed. Would definitely recommend based on my experience. they were also very competitive with their pricing. i feel that some of the reveiws may be from competitors.

It’s safe to say you’re in good hands with these guys! A nightmare bank holiday weekend with hours spent waiting at the side of the motorway for my breakdown service only to be told my dpf needed to be replaced with a suspected cost of around £2000!!! Luckily after a quick google search I found DPF Medic! They took the time to run me through my options (on a bank holiday Monday) and I decided to book in… a few days later a professional chap turned up to diagnose my poorly VW. After a short while he had found a problem with a pressure sensor. Off he went to a local parts store to get what was needed, part fitted, Ecu codes cleared and a DPF clean later and my beloved crafter camper was back to full health and running better than ever! DPF Medic saved me over £1600! Any time I have a problem from now on these guys are my first call!

Came out to my ford mondeo which went into limp mode, had a one reader and got the codes which related to the Dpf and sensor. Dpf medic came out promptly and rectified the faults with an on car clean and pressure sensor replacement, now my car drives as it should again, many thanks guys will recommend to everyone I know

Scammers do not use this company.paid 300 only for light to come back on.Then stopped answering call.

Rang and paid a £50 deposit to secure an appointment.
Nobody turned up. Tried calling numerous times.
Eventually got through and was offered a slot the following week. Declined the offer and asked for a refund which I'm still waiting for.
Absolute jokers. Simply avoid !!!

DO NOT USE! These scoundrels left my Range Rover with a flooded engine. Now they refuse to take calls.

Please read the reviews, all bad! I cancelled these goons within a couple of hours of booking them one late evening, as I sold the car. They had not even confirmed a date or time to attend, but when contacted refused to refund me or communicate. Not good people at all.
