Avoid. The tutors cancel lessons if not enough students in there. When marking it’s completely messed up. The feedback isn’t sufficient enough. Having to go back and forth for months as they take so long to mark. They say there’s a deadline they don’t stick to the deadline. They will just keep saying the same thing over the phone. I initially was told I had passed my course after 6 months of going back and forth 3-4 months later once I chased my certificate to say when will I hear something it’s now not passed although we had sent you a pass email ignore it as it’s actually failed. Why has it taken that long to overturn? Even though I had to appeal the marking as I felt it wasn’t correctly marked. The assessors even copy and pasted their feedback from the last submission so it was never new just the same so you didn’t know what you had to amend. This has caused me significant upset and affected my mental health so badly and now when I finally thought it was over i still have to deal with it. The level of stress I have had to endure over the last year has really affected me and the only thing you will get is a sorry over the phone. I’m extremely dissatisfied as I have worked so hard trying to fit this in with being a mum and working at the same time. I had asked for a manager to contact me on the Monday 5 days later I have not received any call or email. I was advised my feedback will be open within 3 days. It’s been 8 days they have finally opened the access after I called everyday yesterday but then provided no feedback to what I need to do now as it still just shows as pass. So so so upset and dissatisfied. I havent done this through my employer either. There’s no support and no one to go to regardless of who they say there is.

While things seemed promising at first, the overall experience was very disappointing. As the course progressed, the quality of support significantly declined. Feedback was minimal and often unhelpful, and in some cases, I felt that certain reviewers lacked the qualifications to provide meaningful input.
I’m extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the service I received.

Avoid this provider at all costs! Ive had nothing but problems with DPG since starting my level 5, my grades, marking and feedback was all messed up, it would be marked as passed on my paper but failed on the summary. They sent it back to me 3 times with different mistakes, the 4th time I had to get the quality team involved. This has happened twice on 2 separate units. The quality team fixed in the end but it wasn't easy or quick. One of the units was passed in Oct 2024 and one in March 2025, today in June 100s of us have been sent an email to say following an audit what was a pass is now a fail because they messed up and there marking is poor. Really difficult to deal with, they have taken on to many students so response times are always beyond what they should be, nothing is easy to resolve with them. They shouldn't be aloud to trade

Really poor company. The main problem is the support and feedback you receive.
It takes weeks to get feedback on assignments. The feedback you receive from them is rubbish, unclear and frankly worthless anyway.
The tutors can take days/weeks to reply to any question or comment.
Stay away. Choose any other provider at this point!!

Throughout the course, I found it difficult to get in touch with my tutor, Mary. I often didn’t receive a direct response and instead had to send my queries through the general student email address, which typically took around 3–5 days for a reply.
I completed the course in April, and have had no email or confirmation on next steps. I have rang numerous times and they have told me to wait until June and the CIPD will have it and I will get an email from the Quality Assurance Team (never had this either).
I rang CIPD today (10/06/2025) and they have confirmed they have not received any of my assignments and that I need to contact DPG to see where they are and quote "DPG have had issues submitting results to the CIPD". I contacted DPG, and the woman on the phone said she didn't know why I hadn't received any confirmation. Very poor communication skills from the team

I enrolled in this HR course with the genuine intention of upskilling and improving my career prospects. At the beginning, everything went smoothly — the course was divided into several stages, and my initial assignment submissions were accepted without any issues.
However, at the final stage of the course, I was unexpectedly accused of academic misconduct in relation to my last assessment. The provider claimed that my submission was largely AI-generated. This came as a complete shock to me, as I had followed the assignment guidelines, written the content myself, and properly cited all references in the reference list.
Despite this, my explanations and evidence were dismissed. I strongly believe this decision was unfair and possibly motivated by financial reasons — particularly as I submitted my final work close to the course deadline. I suspect this may be an attempt to block students from completing the course on time and to force them to pay additional fees to continue.
This experience has been extremely discouraging and disappointing. After investing significant time and effort, it feels as though all my progress was invalidated at the very end for questionable reasons.
To anyone considering this course, I urge you to think twice — especially if you’re a working adult on a tight budget. This programme does not feel like it’s designed to support students, but rather to create last-minute obstacles that may prevent you from successfully completing it.

I signed up online via the January sales and got a really good price, which is why I selected them. I was told that an advisor would contact me to complete the sign-up. Shortly after, I had an email from Clare at DPG to advise that I had been signed up, and attached the registration paperwork for another learner including their name, DOB, address, email and phone number.
I replied and copied in their complaints email and had no response.
I’m a little nervous about how safe learner information is and by the lack of response.
