Great communication from the get go. John Culshaw (qualifications advisor) has been extremely patient and kind, despite being asked 101 questions by me. Always happy to point me in the right direction too when issues come up. Ian from VLE helpdesk has been amazing too, very quick to sort out my IT related issues. Very approachable staff.

Ellen was really helpful in getting me enrolled on my CIPD level 5 with MOL and helped me put my mind at ease about what support I’d get and how the course would run. I was really impressed with the 99.5% pass rate, and I found Ellen easy to deal with unlike some other CIPD providers who came across pushy and like sales people
