Not an enjoyable experience
Not an enjoyable experience.
Had several issues throughout the course, including being dismissed and told I was wrong when discussing feedback models, having an assessment referred but the assessor admitting that the feedback provided isn't clear (had to request a call). Greeted with what could be deemed as a racist remark when on a call with an assessor to discuss my assessment. Having to chase several assessment results that went well beyond the 4 week review mark, but was only granted 7 days leeway if an extension was required. Among other things which I don't feel are appropriate for a professional qualification provider. One of the webinars was that bad, dull and the assessor talking at you for 90 minute. The only positives how Helpful Kyle from Programme support was, responsive to me chasing my assessments and helping in any questions.

I am studying with MOL Learn and I had some issues with access due to safety concerns having to change my contact details with immediate effect. I finally made myself ( Medicated ADHD/Autistic) give MOL a call today to sort it, I was concerned they wouldn't let me initially. However, I spoke to Emma in customer care today who was fabulous, she listened, heard, advised, helped and acted efficiently. As someone who is very neurodivergent this really goes far, no over complicating things, just straight to issue and solution. Thanks Emma, you're a credit to the team :) People are always quick to complain and the humans who naturally give a good service because of their nature mostly get overlooked, please don't overlook Emma :D

Kind and professional resolutions
I had some personal issues which meant i wasn't able to complete a couple of my assignments in time- Kyle was excellent and reassuring - discussing the extension request process and sorting these for me - she really took the pressure off, being kind & professional!
Excellent experience
Ellen has been super helpful throughout my enquiry process, even though it has taken many months for me to confirm and submit my application for the course. Ellen has answered all my questions quickly and has done regular check-ins and even recommended another route through a sister company, should I not be able to secure the full funding for the course from my employer. I can't rate highly enough.

The qualification seems legitimate and the onboarding staff are competent. However once you are enrolled it becomes seemingly impossible to get in touch with the finance team or program support. You get sent from person to person and if they pick up the phone at all, the call gets dropped by the second or third person you'll inevitably be transformed to. Communication is even worse and more frustratingly vague via email. Honestly like pulling teeth trying to get anything set up or resolved.

I just completed my CIPD level 3. I had quite a tough time because of work so I had to extend my assessments submission sometimes. Tara Camfield and the MOL Learn team were very helpful, they were very patient with me and encouraged me till I was able to submit my last assignment. I am indeed very grateful to Tara and team.
