I was looking to undertake my level 7 CIPD studies. I was put through to Ellen Howard that responded to my queries fast and got me booked on with no issues.

Ellen informed me of everything I needed to know and also let me know if all costings.

Couldn’t fault the service at all

Our tutor Paul is always organised informative and engaging and the webinars are informative without being boring. The VLE is a lot at first but good when you have spent a few hours finding your way around.

I only completed one module with MOL, as I had originally started with another company. MOL provided a good level of support and helpful resources. My reason for three stars is because I found the portal clunky to use, and because assignments that didn't pass first time were capped at a lower grade when re-submitting.

Elle has been nothing but amazing. She was very informative, answered all my questions and got the process sorted within 1 day! Would definitely recommend !!

I found the course challenging as I have been out of academia for over 20 years. I am currently enrolled in the CIPD Level 3 People Foundations course. My review only relates to the induction set-up as I have recently joined MOL Learn to study my CIPD Level 7. Huge praise to Ellen Howard, who is the Qualifications Advisor who helped my through the smooth and easy process and also explained my options really well both over the phone and in writing. I am looking forward to my course journey.

The website is very good with lots on information and resources but still limited to CIPD resources although in the assessment markers ask to reference resources other than CIPD!
I found that the assessment criteria between different instructor in inconsistent. Each one focus on a certain area.
The biggest disadvantage is the time allocation for each module. I found it impossible to complete the assessment within the given window. Lately, I have discovered that I can ask for extension which cost me 3 modules with a refer grade due to in sufficient time.

When my assignment was due to upload and my website kept crashing down Ian helped me fix the issue immediately and I was able to reupload my assignment and get the support I needed!

I've had a very good experience with signing up. Laura Skeldon provided me with all the details I needed to get started.
