Poor customer comms
Poor customer comms, advising product was available then not. Them stating we don’t know how many orders we will get in, insinuating my order wasn’t top of the list against orders not made yet.
Full refunds was not processed although I stated there were two orders

Item missing from order DU043a easy seal…
When ordering a DU043a easy seal manhole cover I expected all parts to be included with the order.
I expected the seal included, not having to order the item separately especially as the product is advertised as
easyseal !

Very sorry to see that you were not happy with the experience. After getting the special price on the lockable lid I thought we had an agreement on going halves on the seal but I am sorry you were disappointed.
I am going to see if I can get the site updated to stress on any of the lids that are not provided with seals as standard it says it on the listings.
