Problem was not solved .
The engineer was very hard sell & objectionable

The technician was great and fixed the blocked drain super quickly.
We really appreciated the quick call out.

The time between initial call and the technician arriving was about an hour. I may have been fortunate in that he had finished a job not too far away. He identified the cause of the problem and dealt with it professionally. Everything was cleaned up on completion and I settled up. It wasn't cheap but then again I don't have access to the specialist equipment required and I don't have the stomach to deal with what he had to clear.

They were great, turned up when they said they would, did the job perfectly even though it wasn’t the easiest, remained cheerful and left zero mess.

Sounds really obvious but so many tradesmen today don’t do any of that!

I would highly recommend and will use them again.

Able to book an appointment immediately. The engineer was shown the problem a blocked drain in the bath. It wasn’t a straight forward fix as he had to remove bath panel and pipe work. This was carried out competently and soon had the drain unblocked. I would certainly recommend the Drain Doctor.

Darren who came was excellent. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Got on with things quickly and efficiently, taking time to explain what he was doing, and why.

Would have been 5 stars but I was a little annoyed that the price I was given over the phone did not include VAT. I only was made aware of this after the work had been completed and it was time to pay. When a business quotes for an end user consumer, VAT should be automatically factored in.

a great service. I have filled an online request and I have received a phone call few min later. Mark came to deblock the drains withing a couple of hours which is brilliant. He explained everything very nicely and all sorted within less than 6 hours since submitting my online request very efficient

Brian was great, weather rubbish but got on with it and did a good job. Polite and explained everything really well. A bit expensive but a job well done

Very fast response (within minutes for call back and less than 2 hours for technician turning up) and a friendly, experienced and professional technician who provided an effective solution to the problem.
Only downside: not exactly cheap, but a drainage emergency is a drainage emergency...

Came out on time as promised, identified the problem, and organised and fitted a new pump for pumping station. Jamie setup a plan of action and provided updates when needed.
