Absolutely brilliant service this week from the guys at Drain Expert , we had a blocked toilet which needed urgent attention and they were here in no time at all . Problem solved quickly and efficiently , and even a free cctv service to confirm the condition of our drains . All round great service would definitely use again.

Drain Experts provided an excellent service from start to finish. They unblocked and relined several collapsed drains at my property with ease and professionalism.

Communication was clear throughout, the team are highly knowledgeable, efficient and trustworthy. Providing clear advice on which repairs were urgent. They were also very helpful with my insurance claim supplying me with a detailed report and videos. Would thoroughly recommend.

They came out the next day to help with a blocked toilet. I was kept informed via WhatsApp when they were coming as they were running late. They explained what was going on and what the blockage was etc. Good service. The bill is a shocker but I knew it would be as I know drainage jobs cost a lot.

Wasn't told when I rang that I would have to pay two calls out fee's for the guys and 20% VAT,extras nearly died of shock when a bill arrived for £332

We called drain expert on wednesday morning as my husband discovered our drain on our driveway was blocked and overflowing , we found drain expert online and the gentlemen arrived within 2 hours , they managed to clear the drain in no time at all and explained to us the cause, would recommend and use again, many thanks

This company was on time, polite and extremly efficient. Went over and above what they needed to do to get the job done. The price was less than expected and well worth what had to be done.

could not recommend drain expert enough , called out this morning due to ongoing issue with our kitchen drain , jamie cleared the kitchen drain outside where it was overflowing onto our patio and gave a good clean through of the sink pipe work , has never run so clear .

will use again if needed , 5 stars

The gentlemen turned up soon after I asked for help, they were courteous, clearly explained everything that would happen, and gave me a clear idea of the bill. In half an hour my pipes were successfully unblocked, and I am happy to book them again to do further work. A swift, excellent job. Many thanks.

Called up and explained the situation, gave all of my details and was told someone would come out that afternoon, no one came, no one called to explain why etc, nor the next day, so went with another well known drain clearing company who did exactly what they said they would. 4.6* with only 5* reviews showing

As per your reply my phone records prove a call to the number on your website, so my review is definitely correct.

We initially called Drain expert as we had a blocked toilet. The engineer came round to have a look first thing the next day after we had called the afternoon before & after having a look we realised it was a lot more of a complicated problem and our pipes had collapsed which resulted in needing our driveway to be dug up. Raymond in his team were brilliant and explained every detail to put our minds at ease as it was a shock after initially only expecting the toilet to need unblocking. The price went up as it required a lot more work than we were first expecting however Raymond took us through step by step and checked we were happy with the quotation before proceeding. They were very kind and professional throughout the two days work and no question was a silly question. They went above and beyond and went out of their way to purchase specific paint to the drive to restore it as close to the original as they could. All in all extremely good service and they would be the first people we called if we ever were to have another issue!

Very friendly and helpful company. I was kept informed as to the arrival of the engineers and they arrived on time, did a successful job of unblocking my drains. Both guys were efficient and answered all of my questions with patience.

Friendly , professional, helpful. Excellent service. Sorted blocked drain , as a temporary measure . Diagnosed our on going drainage problem . And offered a solution. Which we will be calling them back to rectify the problem .soon .

The two guys who did the drain clearance were both friendly and efficient. They explained what was happening at the different stages. I look forward to having many years of trouble free drains.

Fast service. When the team arrived they carried out a complete survey of the issue using camera equipment and showed me the issues that were present. They provided a solution and more importantly I never felt pressured into making a decision. I would recommend them.

I contact Drain Expert to fix a drain problem and they arrived promptly and could not have been more efficient. Both Ryan and Christian were helpful and friendly and the problem was sorted out within two days. I would not hesitate to recommend them and would certainly use them again should I have a problem. Outstanding.
