The company were responsive to my needs however costs were not clearly communicated e.g. the cost of the man is separate to the cost of e.g. using a water jet. Lovely man attended however quickly ascertained the blockage was in a Welsh Water asset. He squirted his jet to show me and then informed me he couldn't touch it. He was with me for 10 minutes at a charge of £140+ with no blockage resolved. Welsh Water later cleared the main blockage and my private drains, which were left blocked

The day after that was better for us, which was arranged. Billy arrived and from that moment smiled, explored, reassured, updated… he was knowledgable and professional, and when he found issues laid out the solutions and path forward clearly. Quote accepted on a Thursday and Monday first thing, brilliant Billy was back and blasting and relining pipes, fitting new drainage channels for a problem leak we had had since moving in - we now have dry side steps to the garden! Hurrah! - and at every moment kept us updated. So grateful for the work, which has been guaranteed for 10 years. Really happy and would use Plumbers 365 again.

My very elderly and obviously vulnerable uncle called for a blocked drain. Plumbers 365 came and that day he paid a £2.5k deposit, the next day a mornings work was done and he paid a further £2.5k. Whilst some work was done (drain unblocked and cess pit emptied) the rest of the charges are completely excessive. They advertise a discount for the elderly - take care and be warned.

This company is incredibly easy to deal with. One simple phone call connects you to a lovely member of staff who handles everything with genuine care. The engineer gets in touch shortly afterwards, and if you’re lucky enough to have Zac assigned to your job, it’s plain sailing from there. He’s polite, helpful, and gets the work done without any fuss. It’s good old‑fashioned service — the kind you don’t often see anymore.

I needed a plumber and didnt know where to start to find one. I rang Plumbers 365, explained my plumbing issue and arranged for someone to arrive at a time that suited me. Bailey found the problem, went and got a new part and fixed the cistern. Im very happy with the service I received and will use this company if I get another problem.

Tom , came to me on Saturday morning, and worked diligently for two hours on my drains, explaining each problem as he encountered them, and telling me what he was going to do to help. He got my system up and running again, but gave me an estimate for further work that would need to be done to make sure the problem would not occur again. He was very clear about every stage. A helpful and good worker.

I am very happy with the service. The plumber was sent out to our place the same afternoon (on a Sunday no less) at no extra charge, pricing was explained clearly and in advance and the plumber did fix the problem within a very reasonable time - given the company charges by the half hour that was appreciated!

They came to assess a problem with our "Isinkerator" and found at 20 years old it could not be repaired. They returned the next day with a new unit and fitted it very quickly. One thing I did notice about the two workmen was the they insisted in taking their shoes off each time the came through the house even though I had told them it was not necessary.

My mother agreed to work to resolve a blocked rainwater drain. Initial remedial works were carried out using plunging and high-pressure jetting equipment, but the extent of mud ingress meant that the replacement of a gully and associated pipework was recommended. My mother was told the cost of this would be £4730.76 including VAT and agreed to the work, paying half up front and half on completion of the work. I suggested a second quote be sought, but my mother wished to proceed. I spoke on the telephone with the engineer who seemed pleasant and I had by this time seen that the company had received positive reviews online, which provided some assurance. Not wishing to cause my mother distress, I did not push my suggestion of a second quote being obtained. The work was carried out over two days, with the engineers finishing at approximately 2.30pm on the second day. I contacted the company to discuss the costs and received an engineer’s report and price breakdown about a week later. The company confirmed that the work had been priced accurately and in line with their standard, fixed-price charging structure. The company maintained that the breakdown demonstrated that all charges applied were appropriate to the scope of the works approved and reflected labour, plant and equipment hire, waste handling, administration and overheads that were incurred. Whilst the physical works were completed in under two days, I was informed that the pricing is not based on an hourly or daily rate and that the remedial team was booked exclusively for the job and the cost would have been the same if the work had lasted longer than the two days it actually took.
I have not yet had the opportunity to visit my mother since the work has been carried out, but it does appear from the helpful photographs sent with the price breakdown and report that the work has been carried out to a high standard and it appears the property (garden area) was left in a good state.
My mother agreed to the work being carried out at the price given. With hindsight, I should have insisted on my mother seeking a second quote or arranging one for her. Despite the standard of the work undertaken appearing to be more than satisfactory and the explanations and assurances received from the company, the cost of £4730.76 for work completed in under two days seems to me to be somewhat high. In summary, a company which has provided a good standard of work, but at a price.

I was having a bad day when an angel appeared, called Mitch. He quickly diagnosed my plumbing problem, explained it to me and what was needed to rectify it. However, along the way he confirmed that I was a full time carer for my hubby who had Dementia and asked how I was! He took the time to connect with me, to empathise and share experiences, and that made my day! He organised the repair needed for the first day that suited me (scaffolding and a whole day was needed) and liaised with his colleague who would be carrying this out. I’m 78 and it was a costly repair needed, but he reassured me it was both necessary and would be money well spent so I felt confident deciding to go ahead. His colleague arrived promptly as planned and the job was completed efficiently and professionally with the site left clean and tidy. I was extremely pleased with the work and would highly recommend Plumbers 365 as everyone’s have dealt with from the first phone contact onwards has been excellent. However, I would especially thank Mitch for his professionalism and kindness. His empathy meant so much and was what made the service outstanding.

I phoned the company on Friday, Jayden came the following day to unblock the drain. He then came back on the Monday to fix other problems identified. He explained clearly how much the work would cost and exactly what he was doing. He was punctual, hard working and pleasant.

My wife and I have had drainage problems in the kitchen sink and dishwasher which had worsened recently. 2 days ago we got up to find the sink full of water which had come from the dishwasher so we called Plumbers365.
Harvey arrived promptly and diagnosed a blockage problem outside using the camera to investigate the condition of the drainage pipes, then he thoroughly descaled them. At every stage of this work Harvey explained what he was doing and why. He was clean and tidy and careful as he worked. We are very happy with the standard of Harvey's work and wouldn't hesitate to call Plumbers365 again.
