I was so impressed with their customer service. Yes, the peptides are a bit more, but the quality is worth it. I was not able to purchase at the time, but their customer service understood and refunded me for the time being. When the time is right, I will be back for sure.

The communication was good but I was under the impression I would speak to the dr so she would have the information she needed to get my appeal approved , my insurance company said they were trying g to approve medication I wasn't even interested in i wanted zepbound or monjaro they said they asked for wegovy that didnt work for me so eventually the 30 days went bye . I was definitely going to use the 49 $ credit since it wasn't approved but kept running into problems. The shipping fee was supposed to be waived but when I got back to order they let me know my membership fee had to be paid again before they could continue with order . Anyways I wasn't pleased with the experience I feel the least they could of do done was let me get my order for the process not working for me . But when I asked about this no response tho it's a weekend id still love a solution.

I have completed 1 month with DrbrainRx 2.5mg the process was very easy they kept very good communication. I'm very pleased with them. I did order another month with them of 5.0mg. I lost 3lb. Last month using thier product. And is excited for this month. Again I must say my experience with them was great. Unfortunately next month I will be going with Lilly direct to keep from being on compound tirzepatide for a long period of time.

Dr. Sara and her team are incredible!!! They respond so quickly and accurately and are always there if you have any questions. Their medications also REALLY work and you can tell it’s the real stuff. The worst experience. I have been trying to cancel my subscription for months to no avail. I have spoken to them over the phone and I was told my subscription would be canceled but for months I have continued to be charged. I never even received the service because I didn’t qualify, yet they are continually charging me over $100/month. Dr Sara & Valentina are a SCAM
