I’m not typically a review writer. But I’m here because Dr. Sara, Mellissa, and her team have been a life changing force for me. I was very nervous for my original telehealth, but Dr. Sara took her time with me, answered all of my questions and eased my concerns before I started on medication. One of the things I love most is that on a monthly basis, I let her know of my progress. She takes the time to read my comments and messages me back with recommendations and further tips to support me.

Also- her office is amazing at correspondence! They are always one message away and in today’s fast paced world, it amazes me that they respond within five minutes of a call or text every single time. Thank you to Dr. Sara and her team for changing my life for the better! Do not walk, run to schedule your appointment with her.

This is a suspect business. My prescription didn't work at all. In fact, I gained a few pounds. Makes me wonder if I was just injecting vitamin B???

Also, they will charge you on a monthly basis even after you quit the medication providing no actual service.

I started following Dr. Sara for her amazing and helpful health insights and learned about the info to help with my diabetes and weight loss treatment. She and her team are thorough, immediately available, and caring. They took care of everything from contacting and obtaining medications to calling them into my pharmacy. It has been such an ordeal dealing with my regular physician that I had to look outside of the system, but it was a blessing finding her because I am now on my way to a healthier lifestyle and it has changed my life. Truly a professional and amazing team! You will not be disappointed.

Dr Siavoshi and her team are the best!!!!! My initial assessment was very thorough, Dr. Siavoshi did not rush the intake process, she answered every question that I had and really put my mind at ease. Her team is readily available to assist with any issues or concerns! I feel very supported in my journey!

I was referred to Sara Siavoshi aka Dr. Brain by a friend who’d found her on TikTok and had a good experience. Scheduling a free consult was easy. The person who did my consultation was thorough and knowledgeable. She answered all of my questions without me feeling rushed or embarrassed. After the consult, I filled out paperwork for the doctor, who reviewed everything and called in my script the same day. The pharmacy called me for payment that afternoon and my meds were on my doorstep 3 days later. I had a bad, frustrating, disorganized experience with another provider a little less than a year ago. So, even though the meds were working great, I’d discontinued them because of that provider. I’m so glad this was a good experience. Fast, thorough, organized, and simple.

Dr. Siavoshi has quite literally changed my life. I’ve had debilitating migraines since giving birth to my second child seven years ago. They lasted 3-5 days each time….and I would get them monthly. I tried large doses of ibuprofen and then moved to prescription meds like Rizatriptan…all with the same result, nothing was working. Finally, I reached out to Dr. Siavoshi who immediately started me on a regimen of one prophylactic and one therapeutic medication. She was able to get the meds cleared through my insurance within minutes, which was incredible because my concierge internist had told me they weren’t covered. I was picking up my meds that same day….and haven’t looked back since. I have not had to deal with a single episode from that day on, and I will be forever grateful to Dr. Siavoshi. She truly has given me my quality of life back!

Seamless easy process. Found Dr. Sara online based on her reviews. The registration process was straightforward and easy. The day of appt you receive a link, connecting with the doctor was seamless, and the video and audio quality were excellent throughout the entire appt.
