I have been a repeat customer for years, it is one of my favorite skin care lines. I can actually see and feel a difference in my skin when using their products, and receive compliments as well. I have oily skin and used to get clogged pores which makes them look large. I love the pores no more collection especially the micro dermabrasion and the vacuum cleaner they really keep my pores clean and skin feeling and looking great. I love the needles to more cream and I just ordered the micro needling recovery kit. Unfortunately I received an email saying it had been delivered and was so excited to try it but when I went out to get my mail the package was not there. I reached out to Dr. Brandts customer service and they were more than helpful and sent me out a new kit with no problem at all. I can’t wait to try it. The only negative I have ever had with this company is the no more baggage but from what I have read is that it has a learning curve to get the proper results and I just haven’t gotten it right yet. Overall, I have I will continue to order from Dr. Brandts and suggest their products to friends as well. It’s an A+ for me all the way.

Companies will naturally tell you all the great things about their products and their "proven" results. So, you probably spend more money than you wanted to, only to find that it doesn't live up to the hype or your expectations. I purchased Dr. Brandt's "No More Needles" for puffiness and dark circles, and I will say I have been more than pleased with the results. I think I'm on my third tube. I see a visible difference! I would highly recommend this, as well as all Dr. Brandt products.

I initially bought the Pore Refiner Primer for my large pores. FINALLY a product that works for me! Since then I've purchased other products that I LOVE!

A recent purchase had a mishap with the bottle that it came in. I e-mailed the customer service team, they got back to me within 20 minutes, and had already arranged for a new bottle to be shipped to me. Diana was very professional and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend their products!

I bought the Wrinkle Smoothing Cream, no more needles and I am honestly so disappointed with it. I had seen it on various social media posts and had high hopes for this product. I really researched it and I know it is an amazing company but it’s probably the most under whelming product I have ever purchased. Of course I didn’t expect miracles but it has made absolutely no difference to the fine lines I was hoping to blur, I think they look more noticeable when I use it. I bought into the social media hype but unfortunately this time it backfired on me.

I initially purchased the Pre refining treatment kit. I have used all included products and can tell they are of the highest quality. 14 hours after using my make up was still matte, seems impossible but it’s true. I then followed up by contacting customer service with questions about the No Baggage for eyes, Fatigue fighting eye gel, and 24/7 retinol. I received a prompt, warm, friendly reply that thoroughly answered my question. I think the response Dr. Brandt’s representatives/employees believe in the products and love their job. I buy from them with pure confidence. Thanks Dr. Brandt!

It took a little time to get the product...however customer service contacted me and I received order the next day....product works very well.. great service

When I posted my product review, a company representative quickly reached out to me with suggestions for how I might have better results. She was so helpful and responsive.

I seen the Dr Brandt advertisements and did a little research prior to purchasing, I bought the needles no more wrinkle smoothing cream and so far I’m really happy with it, I’ve been using it for around two weeks and im starting to see results with my fine lines around the eye area. I mix this with La Mer that I’ve been using for years. Definitely worth a try

I’m not a loyalist to many brands but I’ve been a repeat customer with Dr. Brandt for years, buying the same exact things (and trying new ones!) time after time. When I had an issue with the website, customer service was on it within an hour and took care of everything. That speaks volumes for a brand. It shows they stand behind their quality and knows a happy customer will remain loyal.

The products are amazing. I am over 50 and my skin looks so much better after using Dr. Brandt.

I love this product. I use it every day. I am told that I look refreshed and well rested!
I have had two issues with the shipping or pricing and both times the customer service has been above average.

Amazing product , and exceptional customer service

I had a technical problem and was not able to purchase the product I wanted. I emailed customer service and they responded quickly and extended the offer to me. They went above and beyond and provided excellent service!

Customer service is super nice! Product though isn’t worth the cost in my opinion. I purchased the travel size to try it out, I’m not convinced if I will buy again. I noticed a brightness the first time I used the no more baggage eye creme but not really a tightness. It did not do anything for my dark circles or puffiness though; my under eyes just simply looked brighter. The second and third time I used it, I did not notice anything. Odd, I know but that’s what happened. I even used more product the second time, so I am not sure if I am pleased yet or not. I will try it again and see. I do commend the level of customer service though in terms of replies to questions and advice.

Awful awful customer service. Very clear they do not care about their client base particularly new customers. Over the last 2 weeks i have been struggling with a new order - on their site they had a promotion on where you get a free Quick Fix kit with orders over $65. Nowhere did it say it's for US orders only and when i first got in touch with an agent called Fernanda to question why i keep getting error messages she said it was a website glitch. She sent an email to offer a manual order but when i replied i got no further replies. I then tried the online chat option where im made to wait over 20 mins and still no answer; and then tried email again and no replies. Left comments under relevant post on instagram and my comments were deleted by them. No reply to insta messaging until after several days i received a message back stating someone will get in touch. I then after another couple of days received an email from a "Mercedes Checo" who sent a rather snooty message that the quick fix kit was a US promotion only but that they would add it to my order as a "gesture of goodwill" - like as though it's my fault their previous agent didn't clarify it in first place. I was told to reply to her email with order details - which i did on 31st July and never got a reply back (no surprise!) Sent chaser emails but nothing. And the worst thing is that the 30% discount code they had going also expired. DO NOT BOTHER WITH THIS COMPANY!!!
Unfortunately i had already promised my mum that i was going to order 2 items from them before all this fiasco occured so i had no choice to order these to fulfill that promise as she was looking forward to them. Found a 20% code online so i managed to save something.
But after this i will never ever order from this company again. Absolutely disgusting customer service. No excuse with how they behaved.

Great products and really impressive customer care!

I started with a Discovery Kit (& appreciate being able to try products before I commit to a full size). The Pore Refiner Primer is amazing, my new fave product, totally blurs and reduces look of pores. At first I was disappointed in No More Baggage eye cream but their very helpful and thorough customer service team gave me tips on how to use (& verified that the batch was ok). Turns out I was applying wrong and once I followed instructions it also lives up to its promise!

I’m definitely buying full sizes now. I am so impressed with a company whose products work as described AND who clearly cares about their customers!

I haven't even received it yet and they have already lost me. I am sick to death of companies that make promises and then don't follow through. They SAY they ship in 1-2 days. It has been 3 days and it has not even shipped yet. Seriously. You get the order...how hard is it to ship right after you receive it?

The primer works amazingly, smoothing out my pores making make-up application a breeze!

My experience with Dr. Brandt Skincare was terrific. Not only did they tell me that they will send me the right product that I ordered but that I could keep the one that they sent to me by mistake. Their response to the matter was quick. I appreciate a company that cares for their customer.
I am new to Dr. Brandt Skincare as I just started using their Glow Overnight Retinol Oil which I like very well.
I plan on continuing with this company since they show the responsibility to their customers.
I will let my friends know of my experience with the company.

Not only are the products great, but the customer service is exceptional! I have been using Pores No More primer for many years. For me, it’s my primer and foundation. I have not found anything else that works as well. I never leave home without wearing it. Love the rewards program and the customer service!
