This is by far the worst shopping experience that I have ever had. I placed the order for two items on the 31st January under the expedited 4 - 8 business day delivery period. The parcel was delivered on the 12th February, which is on the 8th working day, however the parcel was delivered quite late in the day and so I had already left for the event I needed the items for. As the parcel was delivered within 8 days I knew this was my own fault and should have ordered earlier however didn't expect any problems returning the order as I hadn't even needed to open the parcel.
I first contacted Dresslink by email on the 15th February regarding how to return the parcel however received an automated response that it was the China Spring festival and they would respond after the 21st. I was unaware that this was a Chinese company until this point as their website did not suggest this. By the 23rd I still had not heard back from them and was becoming quite worried due to only having 30 days to return the parcel and so emailed them again. I received a response on the 24th asking why I was returning the parcel. I explained my reasoning and that it was my mistake ordering too late. The response from the team was very rude, stating that I had ordered too late and it was not their fault I did not receive the item in time. I was quite shocked, and responded that I was not blaming them for not receiving the parcel and that I had ordered too late and no longer needed the items.
Finally the agent responded saying that I needed to send pictures of the returns, even though I had already explained I had not opened the parcel. I did not want to argue and just wanted my money back. I opened the parcel, took the pictures, sealed the parcel back and sent the pictures. The agent responded with their address on the 27th February and said I had to send them a picture of my post office receipt when returned. So I posted the items to them on the 28th and sent this via tracked delivery which was more expensive however I wanted to be sure my parcel would be delivered and provided Customer Services with a picture of the receipt.
I had received no response by the 5th March from my email and so re-sent the picture and told them the company the parcel was being sent back with. Dresslink said there is nothing they could do with this information and they needed an official link to track the order. I couldn't help feel like I was doing their job for them however again, I wanted my money back, and so went to the Royal Mail page and sent them a tracking link. By the 15th March I had still not heard back from them and the tracking showed the parcel had been passed to the international courier service so no further tracks would show on this link. I advised Dresslink of this and they responded that the tracking is not at their address and so there was nothing that could be done I simply had to wait and if the tracking did not show as delivered they would not refund me. I was very annoyed at this and so called Royal Mail, they were very helpful and gave me a different link which showed where my parcel was internationally. I advised Dresslink of this however I never received a response.
On the 6th April I had realised this was now over a month since posting my returns. I checked the tracking and the parcel was showing as "delivery attempted" for 3 days. I emailed Dresslink as I was very annoyed that I was awaiting my refund but they were refusing to accept the delivery. I did not receive a response. On the 7th April I checked the tracking again and it was showing as delivered so sent Dresslink another email, Dresslink came back to me on the 8th April saying that they would need to confirm this with the Warehouse and would get back to me. Surprise, surprise, by the 12th April I still had no email. I emailed them again, asking what the delay was as I just need my money back.
I received a response on the 13th that the Warehouse had not responded to them and that I needed to confirm which items I had returned. This was now the third time confirming which items I had sent back, I had already supplied them images of the items and so was very frustrated that I was again being asked this. I responded explaining that it was the full order I sent back.
Today, 14th April, I have received a response. They have advised that only one item was in the parcel and they would only refund one item, which conveniently was the cheaper product. I am absolutely livid. I have continually chased this order, provided all the relevant information and constantly chased my refund only to be told they would not honour this. I have responded with a picture of my postage receipt, which displays the weight of this parcel. The weight is far too high for only one item and so means that I have sent back the full order. If I do not receive a refund then I will then take this further. I have not received a response as of yet as this company does not work weekends which again prolongs the process.
I cannot advise people strongly enough to not use this company! They are liars and have awful Customer Service skills, how they are still in business is a mystery! PLEASE do not shop with them! The amount of stress this has caused has made me think is it even worth the refund however I am going to continue to chase this until I receive a full refund. I will update in the next few days once I have received a response.

buongiorno ho acquistato parka militare donna inverno mi e' stato consegnato un capo di abbigliamento equiparabile ad uno straccio del pavimento che metto a disposizione e posso inviare foto ai miei reclami avete proposto di restituirmi meta' del pagato (28,25) cioe' 14 euro avete avuto una condotta illegale e truffaldina visto che il capo per essere restituito a mie spese costerebbe 36,50 euro
Another frustrated customer
I ordered a few dresses from Dresslink before reading any of the bad reviews, but having read the returns policy saying they would give a full refund for any items returned. The order took 3 weeks to arrive despite saying a few working days by which time the occasion I wanted the dress for had past. So having battled with the customer service dept on email they agreed to me sending the items back and receiving a refund. I then paid the postage to return the dresses back to China and have of course not had any of my refund back. An expensive mistake on my part and sadly an untrustworthy company which doesn't give refunds. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

NEVER buy from this company! I ordered what I was led to believe were Birkenstocks but when I received them, they are fake, worthless, junk!! I can send them back for $35 shiping but then based on other reviews, I'll probably NEVER receive the refund. DON'T ORDER FROM DRESSLINK... unless you just want to throw away your money.
Why can’t I track my order
Why can’t I track my order or at least get emails as to the status of my order. If In the next couple days I don’t receive what I paid for best believe you’ll hear from me loads more, your website is a scam you don’t even speak correct English.
Avoid DressLink, Never buy from them
I bought an item from dresslink, and because of size issue wanted to return it and order a bigger size. At first they asked if I can sell it to someone else, instead of returning it back, which sounded fishy. Since I wanted a bigger size I insisted on returning and asked for return address, the gave me address of a warehouse in China, even though their UK website pretends that products are shipped from UK. Its not a UK company, its a bloody Chinese company with some arrangement with Yodel, to ship from their warehouse. They asked to provide me tracking number for the return. The cost of sending the item back to China with tracking was like 3/4 of the value of the item. Obviously I refused to send it by tracked mail and sent it via normal post. The company would not give me a refund. I am reporting them to trading standards, they are misleading customers into believing that they are buying products from within UK..... why would any company want customers to return items to a third country half way across the world...AVOID DRESSLINK...NEVER BUYING ANYTHING AGAIN FROM THEM.

I received a snapped headband and a dress which had loads of snags. I requested a full refund for the damage on both items but they have said they will only refund me a third of the order total despite both items being unusable. This is as far as I have got with 8 rounds of emails! It's exhausting and I still havent received the part refund yet! Avoid!!!

I place an order on 2/08/18 when I check my account it says processing, as of today 3/05/18 no order. I inquired about it I was told the order was cancel and my money was refunded. I asked Lorie to give me the date my money was refunded no answer. I knew there was no money deposit into my account. She said check my bank, I knew she was lying, I had already check my account and I check it again while she and I was online. I kept asking for a date to make a long conversation short she final said the money was refunded on 3/05/, Well today is 3/05. I'll check tomorrow. If I had not contacted them, I would still be under the impression my order is still processing. I read too late about DL Dresslink and how badly they treat their customers. Some never got their money.I wish companies that do wrong to the elderly and others be held accountable for their actions in a legal manner.

I spent $70 on a winter coat...when it came in (1 month later) the quality was HORRIBLE. I would not have paid even $20 for it. I returned next day and was told 1 month later that the coat was USED so they could only refund me half. I asked what was wrong with the coat but they would not respond. I had placed my order with dress link before reading these reviews and was convinced I wouldn’t receive the goods anytime soon. However they did arrive within the time limit and they do seem to be exactly what I ordered. So in short I can’t complain.

Unfortunately I made a purchase without first reading the reviews. I had ordered a Fingerling, which was mis-advertised as genuine and ended up waiting a very long time for delivery of a product which was blatantly fake. Never again.

They then havr a phone # that doesn't go through and an email link that bounces back. I escalate through Paypal, long story short, they want me to pay to ship it back to them or keep the wrong shirt and get half my money back..the lady asked for pics of the order, i send it, ahe tells me oh well its on you bc she can see from the invoice that i didn't order insurance... insurance wasn't offered at time of purchase. And why would i think i would have to send the item back, if they sent what i ordered. It was their mistake. Order says XXL. To top it off she says i have to pay yo send it back to China and then sends me an address in UTAH...SCAM...

Fake Products. Total frauds. They advertised and my invoice states Fingerlings. They are knock offs. The first 2 werent even in any packaging and the eyes where just painted on, total garbage, not even dollar store quality. The second try the Items were shipped in a plastic shipping bag, so they packaging was trashed upon arrival, unable to gift them in this condition as well knocks offs again. Demanded a refund. They started out offering me $5, then $6, only increasing the offer by $1 each time. I refused and demanded a full refund, They then stated they would refund when they receive the items back in China, returned at my expense. Not happening, I refused to spend another dime on this crap. This company is a total fraud. Don't buy anything from them

The order will not arrive on time and the customer service is horrendous!
I placed an order on 20th November. I was notified that it was dispatched on the 21st November with 7-11 business days delivery. This would mean that I would receive it on 6th December at the latest. This was acceptable as it would arrive on time for an event on the 14th December. However the order was received on 21st December which is one calendar month (22 days) after dispatch. I have no need of the items now as the event has passed.
I contacted their customer services several times and was told that I could return the order at my own cost back to China even though it was delivered late by them.
It was never specified on the website that the order would be shipped from China - if had known that I would never have placed the order.
Dresslink refuse to take accountability for stating incorrect lead times and refuse my request to escalate to a higher manager.

Order no. DLN0371EE , I’m ordering for the second time & they have never disappointed me. This time I needed a bit of help as I recently shifted to a new place and mistakenly listed that as my BILLING address instead of SHIPPING address. Is there a way to change that ? I just placed an order today.

They offer really unacceptable service regarding communication. I sent you my last response on December 24 at 1145a. At that point in time there was no update in tracking.
The service indicated on your website and my invoice was 10 to 20 business days of shipping. 29 business days have gone by. There were no shipping updates provided to me ... only when i contacted them was there a response.
First they blamed customs ... but the package did not even arrive within the 10 to 20 business days to even clear customs.
Then I got an email to check my local post office to see if it arrived because maybe the system was not updated . But I had no idea why I would check any of the local post offices if the package had not arrived in my country.
Before I sent my last email, i checked the tracking update and of course there was none. When I asked for a refund, suddenly a shipping tracking information was made and now predates that last email. Very suspicious.
If the tracking information is correct the shipping took at least 29 business days to reach customs. Unbelievable delay with no updates or indications on your website of these kinds of delays.
At no point did your company or the tracking company indicate a delay PRIOR to my messaging you via email and on Facebook.
This is unacceptable service .
I have little faith that the product is en route. I also have little faith in the quality and condition of your product, especially given the lack of reliability on Dresslink's end. I would not recommend this service to anyone.
