Had ordered fingerlings from dresslink.com. Wasn't able to get through the order on time but when customer care pitched in, the problem was solved. They were proactive and helped me get it in time. Well, apart from that there was no problem. The Quality of product is good and price is reasonable.

As per the previous review, I too ordered what were supposed to be "Fingerlings". I ordered 5 of them total in 2 orders and the shipment was split into 3 orders. I received the last one ordered first and just as I suspected, they are not original Fingerlings but cheap knockoffs. Not only that, but they were damaged in shipping because they came in flimsy envelopes. They were late in arriving from when promised and I've only received 2 of the 3 shipments, both late, the wrong item and damaged. I've contacted their customer service dept. twice and have not received any reply. NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

Dresslink advertised genuine Fingerlings. I ordered 2 on 13th November & my order confirmation shows that I ordered 'Fingerlings' & that they would be dispatched within 48hours. The money was taken immediately. I emailed to find out why my order continually showed 'Processing' & was told that my items were out of stock. I have emailed customer service regularly & was told on 24th November that my package had been shipped, but the tracking system does not work & the items have still not been received!!. Dresslink no longer advertise them as 'Fingerlings' & I know that if I ever receive them they will be 'fakes,' & I am angry at being lied to & having my hard earned money stolen from me.. DO NOT buy anything from Dresslink.com!! Any 5star reviews for this company are clearly FAKE - just like their products!!

DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE. When I ordered my dress it was all five star ratings and now from all the one star ratings in the past month I can see that a number of us have been duped into thinking this a trustworthy site, which it is not!!! I have received my item but after numerous emails I still have not had a response and they have not provide returns info.

Terrible company..totally awful..I ordered a fingerling ..I actually thought it was genuine.. Still haven't received it 4 weeks on..now I believe its fake as going by reviews...I've ordered fake one happy monkey on eBay..couldn't even get a refund back !! As they tricked me in closing the case..so I don't stand a chance with this !!

Terrible experience with this company. Mine is very similar to all of those who gave bad reviews below. I ordered "fingerlings" and got "happy monkeys". When trying to get my money back, multiple emails asking if I will accept the items or take a $2 CAD refund. Once I actually received all of my items, I have not heard any return emails. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE! Also, if you look at all the "good reviews", don't they all sound very similar and poorly worded, as if the same person is reviewing purposely to give SOME positive feedback. Fishy. Really wish I would have read this site before ordering. My bad.

A horrible experience with an awful website. I ordered products a month ago that have still not arrived. Customer service never gets back to you and they were very quick to take the money. I now have no chance of getting the product or my money back.
Stay well clear.

I ordered fingerlings from this website. they used a picture of the actual fingerling in the actual package. but what i got was a piece of horrible painted plastic. and i paid more than what they cost in store. don’t trust this company. obviously a rip off site. stay AWAY!!

Do not order from this company. They misrepresent their products. You will not get your money back - they are thieves and a fraud. I ordered 4 Fingerlings. Received 2 toys - they were knockoffs, labled as TingMonkey and Happy Unicorn. Did not receive other two. Definitely a Fraud. Can’t believe after all my experience with online shopping I got caught by Chinese fraud. My only excuse was I was in a hurry for a specific toy. Lesson learned

Terrible customer service Bree and I had multiple emails and still I had to continue to email because they gave me a wrong tracking number then a month later I received one item, I’m still waiting for my two other items that for some reason does not have a second tracking number. So Bree again tells me in one email that she can’t help me and in so many words to call my local post office and find my own package. I again had to email her a copy of the note from the post office that only the sender can start a claim to find my parcel. In one email she said I can’t help you . In the other she claims she opened an inquiry. I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager that’s when she said I can’t help you. The money I paid was immediately withdrawn from my papal. I am never dealing with this business again. Worst experience in my life and all I do is order online!!

THEY'RE NOT EVEN WORTH ONE STAR

I ordered a "Fingerlings" which was stated on my order confirmation. I received a knock off version of it called "Happy Monkey". The box came completely damaged. When contacting them about this, they tried to get me to accept the knock off. When I said no, they tried to tell me it was what I ordered, even after showing them proof that I was promised a fingerlings. They told me they would refund me a whole 5 dollars for the damaged box.

They have the worst customer service I've ever experienced. In my opinion this website is nothing but a scam. Customers, please don't waste your hard earned money on this site. You'll get nothing but a headache.

The goods they sold were fakes (i bought what i thought would be a fingerling toy but wasn't). Refused to accept returns of them. Very disappointed. They continually delete reviews on their website that are negative and replace them with ones saying things like "these are genuine and i'm very pleased". Company should be closed down.

this company is shocking. the products are shocking fakes and the packaging is in an awful state. looking at the other reviews they are clearly as fake as there products. shame on you also trust pilot for allowing these reviews to be posted....stay away

Scummy knock off dealing trolls. I will never shop there again, nor would IU recommend anyone shop there ever.

After my order, they change site description, and have been deleting reviews claiming scam.

I ordered a finger monkey for my grandson, it was shown on website as just the monkey without packaging, so when it came it wasn’t the 1 he wanted. Plus the packaging was open all around the bottom, so I wasn’t happy as it was a gift. I have sent 5 emails just asking how to send this back, and I get the same reply ‘will I except it ‘ NO I just want to return it and get a refund , simple but nearly a week later still trying to get the returns info , would never order from them again ever , customers need to know they can return items without all this hassle .

My husband ordered and played fòr a dress plus postage which cost £49.43 on 30th Oct. Not received item. But they took the money. We cannot get hold of them

Very late delivery, poor (/non existent) customer service and no info on returns even though i have sent multiple emails!!! I'm still waiting to find out how to return the goods and get my money back

Ordered a dress on 14th November and i got an email saying it would be delivered in 7-11 working days. I emailed customer services a few days ago and they emailed back saying my order has now been despatched and will be with me in 7-11 working days, which is no use to me as the event I ordered the dress for will have passed at this stage. So I have been waiting 2 and a half weeks with no delivery yet my money was taken as soon as I placed the order.

The 5* reviews on this website are clearly FAKE because they aren’t even in correct English and use bizarre words such as “I would provoke from this website again”. I imagine this is a poor effort from the scammers who own this website to try and create a good reputation for themselves. I’m actually wondering if I will ever recieve my order? APPAULING!!!
