I finally got my order but I will like to get a smaller size. Is to a way to it a smaller size? I say y'all should have a button that let you return and a button that let you exchange sizes like amazon and they give you like 2 months to decide if you want to exchange or return the amount that's one reason I buy most of my stuff off that.

THESE SCAMMERS SHOULD BE CHARGED...

I ordered a hoodie on March 3rd and it is now the 30th. There is no shipping information on it and no customer service number to call. I think this place is a scam. I want my hoodie or A FULL refund. Bad company who will not refund your money even 4 months later

I ordered shoes for my Niece day before Christmas 2016, with 3 to 4 weeks of waiting we contacted company only through email, they claim it was shipped even gave shipping date with tracking number NEVER came!! Just scammers!

I ordered a hat on 24th of December 2017. The order was paid right away.
They answered order was received, sand my order number and tracking number. I haven't resieved anything so far.I sand to the service a lot of e-mails. They first answered I had to be patient. The last their answer
was that I had to resieve my percel and adviced me to check out in my
local post office.I checked out but they said it wasn't received the parcel
with such tracking number.I insist on to resieve the hat, or to refund the

The worst operation on the internet I have come across. The 20% first time customer didn't work, so I did a live chat to their customer representative. He said he would apply it when the order went therough so I placed the order. No discount was ever replied. The goods were received a month later. They were shoddy and a ridiculously small size for a 'large' - nothing like the sizing guide they promote on their website. When I told them I anted to return it, They said it would be at my cost to China which made it not worthwhile. DON'T BUY FROM THEM!!!

I finally received ALL MY MONEY back from DRESSLINK after I pressured them for weeks via EMAIL demanding they refund me. See their ridiculous excuses I posted previously below. What I learned from this experience is: 1. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY EVER 2, REPORT THEM ON YOUR EMAIL AS SPAM If you were scammed by any company EXPOSE THEM 3. Submit complaint to Better Business Bureau online as I did. 4. Pay through Paypal or other services like it. These companies protect your purchases and will try to recover your money as Paypal did for me. 5. MOST IMPORTANT..POST YOUR NEGATIVE SHOPPING EXPERIENCES ON SITES such as TrustPilot, ResellerRatings, and SiteJabber as I did. Dresslink would have never refunded my money if it was not for these reviews, PayPal and BBB. I am very grateful to these online companies for protecting comsumers. Dresslink now sends me pathetic emails everyday asking me to remove negative reviews with this message title:

Review 3 2/28/2017 for DressLink Online Company Scam
Received new messages from Dresslink last night posted below saying they are going to refund me the full amount (latest message) of the order I placed January 17, 2017 and they never shipped. DressLink sent me repeated messages (see below) that they had shipped merchandise and was returned by post office and also included fake tracking numbers from China and Finland as if merchandise was still in those countries. USPS confirmed package was never received or sent back to me or my address with the tracking numbers DressLink provided. After I called DressLink and received no response. Then I contacted Paypal and submitted a complaint and the better business bureau online. I also posted negative reviews about my experience with Dresslink on sitejabber, trustpilot, reseller ratings and replied everyday to Dresslink's lies on emails they sent daily and posts to websites listed above that I was not going to stop posting until they refunded my money through paypal they started telling me they would only refund me 20 dollars then 39.59 dollars. I continued to relentlessly post and reply to them I wanted the full refund and I am not settling for anything less. As a result dresslink sent me this email last night saying they are going to refund me. Have not done it yet and once I hear from Paypal that my money has been refunded I will post it here. I CANNOT TRUST DRESSLINK since every email they sent me prior to this has been a lie. Let's hope DressLink decides to do the right thing. Here are the emails below about 3 different amounts and my response. The messages mention I closed the case though I have no clue what they are talking about another gimmick no doubt. Stop Scamming people DressLink and you will not get negative reviews. Refund my money!

What a joke this company is. Yesterday I posted a message on this website because I purchased 2 items on January 17,2017 and never received the items. Contacted Dresslinkvia email and phone. Nothing. Contacted Better Business Bureau and Paypal yesterday and immediately received two messages. The first said my package was mailed as listed on their response here to my post yesterday and I should contact my local post office. Guess what I did and the number provided is not a valid tracking number and USPS has no way of tracking it and I would not be surpirsed if they gave same number to other people, nor did USPS ever receive or send back any package for me with this number or any other tracking number. No surprise since this company is great at scamming people. A minute after the first email same so called Bree Zhang sent me another message via email saying Package was returned and they were only going to refund me 20 dollars. because they lost a lot. Wait...let me paste message here. Judge for yourself this company is a scam. I will not stop until I get the products or a refund. File complaint with Paypal and they are investigating and same with BBB. Contacted Media network will post with results. her is message...a little conflicting isn't it. After that they came to this site and posted this message notice the difference in time. his DressLink person must spend a lot of time responding to negative messages to save face. The website lists a Californai address but I imagine this person(s) is really in China. Stop scamming people dresslink..GIve me my money back. If you were scammed you should do the same. Completely disgusting customer service

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!

They are cons!!! I have waited since 4th Feb for my item, it still hasn't arrived. I've informed that I have moved so I won't receive my item.
They refuse to call me by my name or even 'Miss....' I am simply 'customer'
They have lied to me saying they have ceased shipping due to the move and then said my product arrived in the UK Yesterday!?! YESTERDAY when my item was meant to be here almost a month ago now!

Am now filling with county court after requesting a full refund up to 10 times they are refusing to do so and just fobbing it off to avoid paying me back as it 'costs more for them to ship back' - NOT MY PROBLEM!!!

Sizes are not correct and some things never come

I ordered a hat that never came order number DLN8801OF, I need to exchange a jumper that should be for a child. I am 5"1'and 112lbs the small won't fit at all. I need a large apparently or my money back order #DLN29FP03 pink off the shoulder jumper, there is no customer service number to speak to a human. How do i get in contact with this company. Item is still in the original package and im at a loss with what to do. I feel tricked/ robbed. Very unhappy customer.... You take a chance ordering from this company . Order may come, it may not. Items may fit they probably won't. Americans are not 90lbs. That's the weight I would have to be to fit into this jumper. There is no return/ exchange section on their site. DO NOT WASTE TIME OR MONEY ON THIS SHAMBLES OF A COMPANY - EDIT

Although their customer service team respond the same day to your mail, this is the only "on time" thing about this company. Having ordered an item well over one month ago, I've still not received my item to even assess the quality. I have told them repeatedly in no longer need or want the item and have made multiple requests and demands for a refund but they appear unwilling to give me my money back. Did not receive all items ordered

I recieved 7 out of 22 items I ordered. Order number is DLNL4561V. I got a email from dress link saying some items were out of stock after I purchased them. The email only contained only a couple items that were out of stock. I did not get anything else I ordered nor were they listed on the email I recieved. They took my money but did not send the items. Dresslink if you see this, please respond to my email in my order provided by the order number. If you do not respond, I will take legal action through banking against you.

Items still haven't arrived

I have been waiting weeks for my items to arrive. Dresslink claimed that the parcel would be here around the 1st of February and yet nothing has arrived. Furthermore whenever I look at 'tracking' it seems to be stuck in one place. I have tried contacting the customer service and received no reply. Will never be buying from them again. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULES!

I am still waiting for an order that was made on Jan. 1. I emailed the company to find out about my order and how I can check my tracking. That was 10days ago and still nothing. Brutal service

Just like everyone else, did not recieve order

Ordered a hoodie size S on 1/07/17 order#DLN8V830W never received the order. Charge was made to the card. Since there's no way to contact customer service I'm forced to try to you this way.

Didn't receive my order

I am from Ontario, Canada. I ordered boots and a long hoody about 3 months ago. I am extremely dissatisfied with my shopping experience with this company because I haven't received my package yet. This is the 3rd online shopping company that I try, and don't receive my purchase. I think that I will definitely stop buying from shops that are introduced to me through facebook, and start with the word "Dress...".

Just can't believe what I reveived today!

After some weeks my order arrived and I just can't believe what I unpacked.
I ordered winter boots (similar to UGG) and a sweater/hoodie.
Hoodie is for a M (I'm usually an S) a lot too short, material feels artificial.
I really didn't expected splendid quality but the boots came full of glue and dust. The surface, which is made of cheap plastic velour works like a magnet to any kind of particle. It colors your hands black when you try to get ridd of the dust. The material crinkles and is as unsuitable as the sole which is made of foam (like you know it from cheap „FlipFlops”). How can you ever wear such shoes outside - - above all in winter?
The worst of all is the smell of these boots. Never before in my life I bought shoes or cloth which smelled that toxic that I felt ill after some minutes. Can't be healthy.
This stuff is unwearable and a cheap price doesn't help if the money you paid is just for the garbage.
In my opinion it is unresponsible to manufacture and sell such products.
A very disappointing experience!

UPDATE February 2017:
After Bree from Dresslink sent her apologizes about quality and asked for pictures I invested some time in taking detailed pictures.
Guess what? After weeks of waiting for their reply - no reaction at all!
Dresslink-Bree's standardized feedback pops up under every customers complaint. In this way the company pretends they would care!
Truth is: they let you waste even more of your precious time by „ordering” a photo session for nothing.
Meanwhile I'm not dissapointed anymore - I'm angry.
Dresslink is an absolute waste of money AND time in every way.
Be aware!
