Have never received my order..I contacted them get same response...package on its way? Really? Where the hell is my order!! Paid extra for shipping since Dec 11 2016..it's Jan 2..and nothing..called ups and have no package! Scammers!!!!!

My daughter has payed for an item. But Dresslink still sends automatic answers telling her the item is not payed. We have sent info on this, we can see that the credit card has been charged, but only get automatic reply repeating the same thing. Please contact me...

I ordered a large and it's tiny won't even fit my 10 year old please contact me so we can get this fixed. I will leave a good review if you can fix

So I just bought this dress Thursday. N I usually don't buy from sites I never heard of but I seen some good reviews . I paid extra to ship within 3-7 business days & I even tried tracking my number but it said it says it Not Found everytime I put in the number. I'm finna get real upset . Cause *China bought to have me f**ked up. Smh playing w. People money . Must be out your damn mind. I'm sitting here looking at everybody else Reviews & noticed We All asking the Same damn Question . *Where is my Tracking Number at . let me Track my shi*. 😑 please reply cause I want to know Wassup or do I gotta come track y'all .

I ordered gifts for my family WEEKS ago and still haven't received them. I ordered them for Christmas and expected for them to be here by now. I am honestly disappointed. I would recommend others NOT to buy from this site. They don't even provide a tracking number and I wish that I would've read the reviews first before spending my money.

If you have a problem with this site, then don't bother contacting their customer service. I have yet to receive an item, and they've yet to contact me. It's beeeeeen..... 3 months? Just don't bother.

I ordered a sweater and it was a size large i normally get a size medium from other stores so i ordered a large so it would be bigger. I cant find the return/exchange policy. So im upset that i cant return the sweater.

The shipping takes time. If you ordering something you need right now, I wouldn't order here. Just be aware that it will take a couple of weeks to receive your order. Oh my God after going through several sites trying to find me a dress for my wedding , up pop this site New York Dress.com went through several pages for plus size dresses and saw one dress that I liked, ordered it on a Sunday and by that Tuesday it was at my door.
