This service is incredible! Fast, easy and I was supported the entire time on WhatsApp! Doctor was so incredible, took the time to properly listen and was very present. Amazing that it was on a Sunday also! Will always be using this moving forward!

Great when you’re in a pinch or restricted for time
There was a little back and forth and some confusion around the healthcare procedures in Canada. But once it all got sorted out everything worked out fine.
I will say that the response time from drgalen was immediate each and every time I reached out. That was appreciated.

I was out of town with my adult…
I was out of town with my adult daughters and my youngest got sick with strep right after we got here. She had been sick for 4 days. I tried another online service but they couldn’t do anything because I was in Michigan. Dr Galen website was amazing. They were able to call in antibiotics to the local pharmacy here in Michigan. I highly recommend them
