STAY AWAY, just like the other reviews they sneakily sign you up for a subscription. It's not clear on your first purchase, and they automatically keep debiting your card.

Made a what I thought was a one off purchase to see what it was like and didn’t realise it was an auto enrolment into a subscription until it was too late - false advertising and the scent isn’t that good compared to much less expensive ones - finally managed to navigate to cancel subscription and shall not be buying again!!! Felt like a con

This feels like an absolute SCAM.

I made what was presented to me as a one-time purchase. There was ZERO indication at checkout that I was signing up for a subscription or agreeing to recurring charges. I even went back through the checkout process to confirm this.

Yet Drift stored my credit card and continued charging me, then tried to frame it as user error. It is NOT user error when the customer is never clearly told they are subscribing.

Other reviews describe the same experience. This is an incredibly shady way to do business. Avoid.

Costumer service sucks too.

My original order from Drift arrived with no problems, and I really liked the product. I liked it enough that I signed up for automatic renewal and fully intended to continue buying from them.

Unfortunately, my renewal order was charged and supposedly sent on August 25, but it never arrived. Drift told me to wait until September 11 and contact them if I still hadn’t received it. I did, and they sent a replacement on September 15. I still have not received either shipment.

The most frustrating part is that there is no tracking available, and getting in touch with an actual person is extremely difficult. Their automated customer-service system just keeps offering another replacement, even when I specifically request a refund.

I genuinely like the product and would have continued being a customer, which makes this even more disappointing. After two shipments that never arrived and no easy way to speak with someone or get a refund, I don’t feel comfortable continuing my subscription. I’m sharing my experience so other customers are aware of the shipping and customer-service issues I’ve encountered.

The scent is a nice scent, but does not last for a full 30 days. You’re lucky if you get two weeks out of this product… for the price I do expect it to last 30 days. Would not recommend.

Received my first order and my wife did not like the fragrance, had a look at my subscription and it said they would give me an option to change scents 3 days prior to next order... that did not happen and I have been sent the same one which I will not use, asked to cancel and told no. Very poor customer experience.

Really disappointed by this product after two days I can no longer smell it. Today I went in the car to see if it was me getting used to the scent, but no the scent is gone. Was supper excited for this and will not be repurchasing.Waste of money!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. DRIFT IS A SCAM. A ONE TIME PURCHASE WILL TURN INTO A NIGHTMARE.

it's one of the companies who has a decent product but their non existent customer service makes the whole experience very bad so will never deal with them again.

On the Sept 2025 I cancelled mu subscription as I didn’t think that the product was any good
Recently I received an email that my order was on its way
I thought that was strange as I hadn’t ordered anything so I just ignored it
A few days later I noticed that a sum had been taken from my account
I asked if I haven’t got a subscription why have you taken money from my bank
The reply was under our terms and conditions we don’t give refunds
I have reported the fraud to my bank

Worst customer service ever.

I placed an order directly on their website (drift.co), and after 7 days without shipping, I reached out to customer support. All they said in reply was a one-liner: "Sorry, shipping has been delayed." That was literally it. I canceled my order right away. I have no idea how good the product quality actually is since I never got to use it, but seeing how terrible their customer service is, there's nothing to expect from this seller.

This company are scammers I bought one for my car and my van and wasn’t impressed after a couple of days the smell went so threw away and then next thing I got a withdrawal from my bank for 2 more as buying one automatically subscribes you to same each month I contacted them several times to return my money and not to send them but no reply I will be sending back as soon as they arrive please stay away from this company there scammers

Terrible shipping. The AI assistant is not helpful. Every question I asked (I asked 4) it responded by requesting my email address, you would think it would remember after the first time. I asked how do I cancel my subscription (I was just curious) it asked for my email-4th time next thing I know it says subscription cancelled. Funny thing is, I was going to cancel, but I decided to let it go. A week and a half after receiving an email that it shipped, it is still showing it's in New Jersey,

Awful company. No scent on board tgey deliver to you. When trying to contact them they do not respond. Buyer beware.

The fragrance don’t last and don’t particularly smell that good. I did not request a subscription but they automatically applied one which annoyed me since I was not really impressed with their products. Subscription was cancelled immediately and I asked for a refund which they refused. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE ITS A FRAUDULENT OPERATION

I ordered a product one time just to try it and they automatically signed me up for a subscription and would not give me a refund. The product is way too strong and burns my eyes in my house

On FB, big advertising drew me in. These scents don’t last a week. What a joke for the price! Additionally, they make you subscribe to auto-pay and of course most will forget….like me. Then you see another shipment charged and you can not send anything back. Stay away from this scrupulous company and their product.
