I want to give 0 rating. They r fake people. And took money for 24 months and didn't provide 2 months of service straight. Every month they disconnect the service and they won't answer the calls and blocks the numbers and didn't answer anything.

We have to loose money. Many complaints filed to FCC and ICE

Worst iptv provider and they dont respond to messages even after reading it, i took a 3 year plan for my tv and mobile. After 1 year they said issue with sales person, so they asked me renew my mobile and I can still continue my tv service. I renewed my mobile and it stopped working after 2 months, niw my tv also stopped workinga nd Kajol and Tara are not trustworthy people in DrioTV and these guys are real spammers, beware of them

It’s very bad services. They offered me for 24 months package but it’s not working for 6 months, even.

For last few days I was blocked. Not able to reach out to these folks. Bought 2 yrs subscription and no one responds. Do not buy this service.

Fraud.. once you are out of PayPal warranty period, consider you are screwed. Jay, Kajal, Nancy, Raj all of these people are fraud

Nancy and jay operators are really rude and not willing to help costumers its they are just taking money give service for 2 months then start experience problem now nancy stop responding my messages

Terrible. They are ignoring me. They chased me like crazy to get the subscription and in less then 4 to 5 months it's stopped working. Nobody answers. They check WhatsApp messages and ignore. There is/ was this sales guy called Kabir and customer support called Jay...

I hope they read this and respond back.

I wish I can enter review without even selecting a star. Worst customer service. Bad streaming, which gets blocked every few weeks and won’t automatically restore until you connect with customer support and they don’t respond to messages.
Looks more of a scam. I subscribed the streaming service for 5 years and looks like they have shutdown and I have lost all money paid upfront. No connect with them.

Don’t buy their services or fall in trap.

I wish there was a “0 Star” review possible. This is the worst ever tv service that I have ever used. They have very poor customer support, which if available by luck, will support only day hours Central Time. Even though I paid for 5yr subscription, the subscription expired end of every month and I have to contact them for renewal. When asked they say it works like this only. Lately, they have totally abandoned taking any calls on support numbers or WhatsApp number. My subscription is showing that it has expired and there’s no response at all. They have ghosted me.
It seems they are a totally illegal entity providing pirated content. So please do not believe a word they say in their sales pitch. They are worst ever, illegal, and liars.

Total Scam !! We paid for 5 years service and they stopped after 10 months.. as other said no response on message or calls… please spread this message so that other can beware from this fraud.

They have the most pathetic customer service possible. Every month the subscription service expires & you have to reach out to them multiple times to which they don’t respond. They don’t care once they have your money.

Do not subscribe this TV, they all are scammers. They dont honor what they promised. They promised me 1yr service and every month the service gets disconnected and they do something nonsense to reactivate. I think they are not genuine.

I had an absolutely terrible experience with Drio IPTV. The service is unreliable, constantly buffering, and most of the channels don’t even work. The interface is poorly designed, making it frustrating to navigate. Customer support is completely unresponsive — I tried reaching out multiple times and never got a reply. To make matters worse, they refuse to issue refunds even though the service doesn’t deliver what it promises.

Drio Tv Today I had write this up. I agree with all others on the bad service. Customer service is very poor/worst and they only try to sign up for new customers but not worried about existing ones. I referred couple of my friends and they experienced the same problem. I would advise not to sign up for multiple years and it would be better to go up month by month. There are other iptv providers who are better in service than these folks. I would warn and recommend anybody not to sign up.

Don't even think of taking there service. They will say all good thinks before you sign up. Once you sign up service will work few days and stopped. Support people will ignore your calls and leave you hanging. Worst ever service. DO NOT FALL FOR this trap.

DRIO TV is a complete worst/falthu/thupel service. Giving 1 start review is also more than enough for them. I didn’t have 0 start choose to select.
They promise a lot of things before signup, but everything is totally opposite later. They charged at the beginning of the service term. But, the service is expiring every month. I have been on call with them every month to enable the service. They will promise that the service will be uninterrupted from now onwards but the same thing is repeating every time. I gave a good review once then, the problems started. Later, I gave them bad reviews two times. They requested me to remove the bad review but I didn't remove it because I didn't trust their service. As I doubted their service, the service is still expiring every month. The last time I worked with them to get the service enabled was on July 2, 2025 and I went for vacation. I came back from vacation on August 14, 2025. As I suspected, the service expired again. Today is August 19, 2025. They have not restored the service yet. And they are not picking up the call as well. I will try to upload all the screenshots and you guys decide whether to take their blunder/stupid/fake/worst/thupel service shop outside.

Fraudulent service, Don’t sign up. You will definitely loose your money.

Drio TV service is fabulous. They have good support model, especially would luke to thank Mansi for her help she provided to get the issues resolve when ever occurred immediately. Definitely their tech lead Jay is great and has resolution for almost every issue.
