Same, service is down again. The stupid jay guy support is not picking up the phone. The website is not working. I guess my money is gone in the drain. This is number I used to get support, ‪+1 (530) 270‑9360‬. It’s not working anymore. All the numbers from the Driotv.com is not working as well.
Please do not sign up with this company, you will guarantee lose your money.

Worked for few days and after that keep getting STB blocked. Have been calling their number and that Jay support guy, nobody answers. This is a big SCAM and stay away from this company. Guess, my money is down the drain, ridiculous.

The service is blocked. No matter how many times I sent messages to them, they are not responding at all. The customer service is so terrible.
Not sure how to get the service restored. Money is paid but no service.

I don't want to give one star. Big scam . please don’t fall for it. Completely waste of money and time. You will get the service for few days and after that no service. No support from Customer service. That Jay is a completely fraud guy. Please stay away from this scam.

The service was absolutely the worst I've encountered. They took my money and disappeared—no delivery, no follow-up. Customer support was completely unhelpful and unresponsive. This was a total waste of time and money. Don't fall for their promises.

DrioTV is fraud company.. they take money from you and after few days service will be disconnected and they won’t respond

The service may appear to work initially, but after the first few weeks, it completely fails. Both support and sales teams stop responding to messages and deliberately ignore all communication. Once they receive payment, they cut off the service without warning and refuse to issue any refund. This experience feels deceptive and untrustworthy. Please proceed with extreme caution

I wish I had a 0 star rating. Worst service ever. The app is slow along with the streaming of the content. Initially they promised they would refund the money if we didn’t like the service, and when we really didn’t like it we started asking them for a refund. Until the 7 day trial period, they dragged this issue. Now after that they stopped responding. After multiple calls Jay from activation team responded and denied to refund saying that it’s against to their policy and he literally shouted on us and stopped responding to our calls after that. I’m fighting with my bank to get a refund. I took this service and got scammed big timeee!!!! Please do not take this service.

Such a worst service I ever faced with an IP TV. Today it says network error for Cricket. Other tvs are playing. They are not picking up my call at customer service. And not answering in whatsapp text. I did a very wrong thing by providing good reviews to them earlier.

Don’t take this service. No proper Customer support, been trying to connect for last three days, no response from technical team. Planing to disconnect the services. It’s waste of time and money.

Drio TV is excellent and quality is top notch. Their customer support is also prompt and respond to your questions quickly.

Drio IPTV is great in terms of having all the channels and languages.
