Best customer service experience, fast response, competent rep, best resolution ever. The pretty much walked me thru the order to eliminate a complication i had with split payment. Then Created me a pre- made invoice and emailed me the link where I could shop directly using that link. It was indeed a smooth transaction and I'm impressed. Especially since this is my first shopping experience with dropguys

The phone case for my Samsung Galaxy S-25 Ultra replaced a national brand that was bulky, and was almost impossible to use the side buttons unless I used 2 hands. The Dropguys case is soft, and eliminated the bulky feeling I had with my old case. It is perfect!

This is the first case I purchased from this company. From purchase to receiving the product was excellent. The product is top notch. I had cases in the past that I went for due to price but really felt unsure of the overall protection. This case is solid for a reasonable price and the look and feel is great. An easy-to-use website, with great products and options. I ordered a mag-safe phone case (with free screen protector) and camera protector. The two protectors came with handy wipes and cloths and were easy to apply. My items arrived after a few days and are a perfect fit for my new phone. They look great and are smooth with a quality feel. I’m very pleased I found Dropguys.

I just bought the BEST protection for my new iPhone 17 Pro Max from Dropguys. This is the third phone I have protected with their products and won't use any other product. I am 81 and drop my phone at least three times a day, and have sustained no phone damage to date on any of the three phones. This time I was able to buy the Ultimate case for my phone...they have been "sold out" in the past for my other phones. I like the Ultimate case the best. The ONLY things I wish were better are the instructions on applying things like the screen protector and camera lens protector, but given enough re-reading, I eventually get it done. I can't imagine anyone going back to any other protection once you have tried Dropguys!

Ease of replacement for wrong order without any questions! Somehow on the website, I ordered a iPhone 16 Pro. I had clicked the tab for the Pro Max but computer glitch. I received the 16 Pro and immediately sent an email. Before I had a response from the email, I had my 16 Pro Max case in my mailbox. Outstanding customer service. I am ordering my third car for my daughter today! The case fits perfect, no issues with screen protector, quality product.
I was an Army Recon in a past life. I am intense with my gear (rough). ALL GEAR! I have already beat the case, no issues. I mount it to my Harley, zero issues. Its awesome!

Doing an order recheck is simple and a great example of a business "Best Practices". As careful as I try to be, sometimes "stuff" happens unexpectedly. This approach makes so much sense on many, many levels. And is greatly appreciated!!

The Guys responded to my email within 2 hours and sent me a replacement for the product I had wrongly ordered all at no charge with no need to return the wrong product.

Great customer service, rapid responses via email. Pleased. Would recommend.
