Did not receive my items from Dropguys
I ordered iphone 17 pro ultra slim case and the lens protector from Dropguys, which has high ratings. It cost 83.97. They sent me a one package which. had the outer bracket and the "free" screen protector, but not the two main pieces I ordered. No explanation that this was package 1 of 2, but I never received notification as I did on the first package of its delivery to our building's secure lockers. Received first package on January 13, 2026. Company later told me second package was selivered the folloowing day, but it was not. Lockers are locked. Never was notified. Person responded, but then when I emailed what happened, thher was silence, which has continued for nearly two weeks. Horrible customer service, and of course no phone number,and there is a non-functioning chat feature. DO NOT ORDER A phone protector from Dropguys. I have had two great experiences with Otterbox.

The seller responded quickly and resolved my issue without a lot of red tape and hassles!
I recently had to deal with Simple Human for a similar issue and their system was a big pain requiring sending them videos of the defective product!

Shrek Proofed Husband’s New Phone
Got everything I needed for my husband’s new apple 17 pro max. My husband is very rough with everything so needed to “Shrek Proof” his new phone. The clear case was easy to install, and shows off the beautiful orange color of his phone. Didn’t even know about the camera lense cover but glad I got it. Other people noticed it and thought it was great idea. And finally the glass cover, I didn’t understand the instructions at first, but once I figured it out, it went on perfectly! No bubbles to push out! Totally impressed by all 3 items I got!

Excellent iPhone 16 Pro Max Case
I purchased the iPhone 16 Pro Max Ultra Slim Clear Case. I researched highly rated cases as I wanted my new phone well protected. Fabulous screen protector
I ordered four products for my iPhone 17Pro. They arrived within a week. Attached all four easily to my new phone and the phone looked great. Dropped my phone on steel and the screen protector cracked. Contacted Dropguys to ask how to remove the pieces off my phone. They responded immediately with instructions and sent me a new screen protector since I only had mine for a week.
Beautiful thing is that my iPhone 17Pro screen was perfectly pristine with no damage. Dropguys screen protector did a premium job!

Great product!
I had ordered a case, screen and camera protector for my iPhone 17 pro. First time using Drop Guys. My husband liked my case & screen protector so much that I ordered one for his iPhone 17.
Communication was great even when his got delayed (no fault of Drop Guys) due to a rare snowstorm.
Putting the screen saver on and the case in place is very easy and my husband is very pleased! It fits his phone perfectly and we believe the price was very fair.

I purchased an iphone 17 pro max and after significant research determine the dropguys cases, screen protector and lens protector were my best option for protection of my phone. The case and screen protector are great and installed very easily. However the design of their lens protector is faulty. After the company replaced my initial lens protector, they sent me not one but two new protectors as a replacement. However each one, after following their installation instructions to the "T" had bubbles that were visible and could not be pressed out. It makes my phone look like crap from the lens side, so now I just keep it turned over. The customer service was amazing, and the lens protector still protects my phone, but unfortunately looks like crap. If you don't mind bubbles under the lens protector I would recommend the company for customer service alone, which leads me to believe they will stand behind their claims of replacement if broken. I know it's only cosmetic but still wish after spending the money on the iphone 17 pro max that I could have had a phone that looked great. I've had a couple friends that have noticed and were turned off by the appearance. I think this could be remedied but the company has given no indication they are working to correct it. They did refund my purchase but I would rather have had a nice looking lense protector with no bubbles.

Dropguys has the best iPhone 17 pro max case, camera lens protector, and screen protector, and sometimes three times expensive so I decided that the $1200 deserves that, so when I ran into trouble with my screen protector it was totally amazing to learn that the Dropguys staff cared about me getting a perfectly applied screen protector and sent me a replacement free of charge, that resulted in me making that perfect application thusly the new phone has a perfectly applied screen protector. The ultra thin clear case and camera lens protector are also extremely top rate.

I'll be a repeat customer.
I haven't had a chance to test the product but I had to write a review purely based on customer service alone. I originally ordered the wrong case. Completely my error. I received it before I realized the mistake. I wrote to Dropguys and they responded within two hours. Not only did they immediately ship the correct one out to me, but also told me not to worry about returning the other. Fantastic customer service. I will be recommending them to everyone.

Shattered glass everywhere
I got the camera protector for my iPhone 17 pro. Within one day it cracked… They did send me another one which within two days cracked when I went to remove the second one to put on a completely different type of case. It literally shot teeny tiny shards of glass everywhere as I was trying to pry it off. Terrible. Do not recommend!
