Terrible customer service and service at all. I booked a collection and organised my time accordingly. No one showed up , no one called or emailed , just ignore my messages to this day .
Don’t recommend to anyone .

We had used them a few times but our last experience was shockingly bad. Dropped off two pairs of trousers, one pair returned ok but the other pair had a stain down one of the legs which had not there before. They denied responsibility for the damage caused but offered to dye the trousers. That did not help with the stain. Mr Ali, the manager, shouted over the phone and refused to refund the cost of dry cleaning, not to mention compensation for the trousers. We were distressed and shocked by this! They have a very bad reputation on the Southfields grid and I would advise you not to use them.

If I could give them no stars, I would. Bad customer service, don't know what they're doing. Overcharged for a small item. Don't bother using the branch in Gray's Inn Road.

5 shirts damaged.
Manager (Ali) agreed to correct their mistake by buying new shirts or transferring money to cover the cost of buying new ones.
Delayed reimbursement by blaming insurance claims (none of which is my fault).
Promised to transfer funds.
All empty promises - completely untrustworthy individual!
Now ignores all contact.
Disgusting customer service!

Items were picked up an hour late and dropped off 5 hours late. No contact number and no response to messages. Deceptive pricing, meaning I spent more than I expected to. Had I known there was a minimum charge I would have added more items. Won't use again.

A Tempur-pedic medical pillow (value over £100) ruined - they said that it could be cleaned and that there was a minimal risk. 10 days later the pillow returned ruined (latex filling disintegrated) and shapeless (no support). Owner refuses to accept responsibility or give compensation and has insulted me, calling me a liar!

Separately, a duvet (new condition) was returned with scratches across front and back by a sharp object (perhaps open safety pin?). Owner suggesting that it was caused by me - again suggesting that I am lying!

I left dirty shirts (collars being nearly yellow) and they cleaned them very well.

I gave them My favorite pair of sneakers but it was in very bad condition, Thanks to Droplet Dry cleaning service they did excellent job. It seems like a new pair.

Recently visited Droplet for the first time and had a great experience. The staff was friendly and helpful. They did the job good and quickly. Highly recommend! I'll definitely be coming back!

Vary happy with the service. Quick turn around and very nice staff. My whole family is using droplet and we are never disappointed.

Really annoyed. Used online chat and they said that they could do a one or two day service. They gave me prices for ironing only. It's only a 10 minute walk and I checked what time they close and then I went round to drop off my ironing. When I get there the prices of everything had more than doubled and the turn around time had gone up to 3 days (which is too late for when I need it). They put a lot of pressure on to have everything washed again - it's just been washed. He kept saying, in the most patronising way "I'll take good care of you". I felt very uncomfortable and left. Surely there must be a reliable ironing service somewhere in London!!

If I could give zero stars, I would. The Balham branch of this company absolutely ruined my wedding dress (after charging me a huge amount to clean it). When I first went to pick the dress up, I found that they had somehow completely twisted the front and shoulders of the dress, rendering it unwearable. I gave them several attempts to fix it, but they never managed to. They have also created a large yellow stain and watermark on the dress which were not there before. I am devastated as it was a beautiful and very expensive dress. When I said I wanted a full refund and compensation, the member of staff in the shop said he was "not authorised" to provide this. He told me I should email customer services, which I have done multiple times, but all my emails have been ignored. Absolutely shocking service and company. I will be pursuing this further and advise everyone else to STEER CLEAR of this dry cleaner.

Recently my wife had a few articles of clothing dry cleaned at Droplet (Gray's Inn Road outlet) including a shirt of mine. To our surprise & shock my shirt returned with all labels removed. The collar label was cleanly cut off with cutters and all traces of branding was cut out from the care labels within. First reason offered by the staff was that it must have fallen off in the cleaning process. After some consideration and confusion my wife returned to further pursue the matter and spoke to another staff member. In this case she was told that the labels couldn't have just fallen off and the manager will be consulted. The shirt was left at the premises and we allowed some time for the manager to review the situation. She returned again to pick up the shirt and asked for an explanation and compensation for what had happened. But the explanation this time was that the damage didn't occur at the premise and maybe we are responsible for the missing labels. This was clearly not valid or coherent - and frankly unprofessional and insulting. Ordinarily I would not care too much about labels or branding, but this was a Tom Ford (circa £300.00 retail) piece specially bought by my wife for our wedding. It was only bought in May 2022 and worn twice - it was practically new. The shirt is tied to its quality / design, but also to its maker - removing the labels takes a lot away from the item's value and most importantly it has degraded something sentimental to me. This was explained to Droplet, but obviously they couldn't care less - we will never use their services again and would caution others against leaving high value items with them.
