I’m living in a rose-scented paradise
So easy to order and i received it within 24 hours! The product looks really good, none of the twee or faux apothecary-looking bottles here. The scent is magnifi-scent. I cant recommend this highly enough

i have always been a candle babe, but droplet takes home scents and makes it decor. SUCH a beautiful and considered way to scent your home. Unique scents, no basic vanilla or cotton over here.

Dismal customer service
Placed first order and money left my account on 3 September 2026. Promised delivery on 5 September...yet to arrive: it is now 16 September. Chat bot repeatedly promises to 'escalate' but does not respond to requests for updates. Droplet is however capable of certain communication: my email inbox is now full of their regular marketing emails. Absolutely dismal customer service and I will now have to invoke the charge back process. Infuriating and disappointing.

LOVE the incense cones
LOVE the incense cones. The smoke is not too thick and it doesn’t overstay its welcome. I’ve tried most of the fragrances and they are all lovely. The little discs for burning also look nice on display. We started carrying the multi-packs at my shop in Brooklyn and they’re one of my favorite things to recommend!

Great smell but awful customer service and missing goods
Whilst I received the first couple of orders without any issue - my two most recent orders have been a disaster. Full money taken, no goods received, promises from customer service they were on the way, still nothing and now just vague promises to look into it. "Peace and Love" might be the motto, but a little more focus on customer service and fulfilling orders for which full money had been taken for weeks ago might be more of a priority
