I ordered on April 7th and the package…
I ordered on April 7th and the package still hasn't arrived and they don't bother to bring it. My wife called and said it would be tomorrow. She called again and said it would be tomorrow and now we're in the 16th and I don't think it will arrive. When you call they are very arrogant as if it's my fault that they don't know how to bring the packages on time.

completely understand your frustration — this delay has gone on far too long. However, I need to clarify that I’ve been in contact with the courier every single day since your order on April 7th, including after hours, and I’ve shared every update and screenshot they’ve given regarding delivery.
We’re a small family business, and we’ve gone out of our way to keep you informed — answering and returning your calls, and even personally messaging your wife to ensure you were always kept in the loop. I’m not palming this off — I’ve taken this situation seriously from the start and have been chasing it relentlessly on your behalf.
To say we’ve been arrogant simply isn’t fair. We’ve done everything we can to resolve this for you while dealing with an external courier issue that’s unfortunately out of our direct control.
I’m continuing to escalate this with the courier and will update you the moment I hear more. I genuinely appreciate your patience and hope we can get this resolved for you very soon.

Good product, poor delivery
Happy with the product but it was delivered to the wrong address 2 miles away. The incorrect address had been put on the delivery ticket. Luckily the person who took delivery called me and we were able to go and collect it.

When the DPD driver failed to deliver…
When the DPD driver failed to deliver my order and had it returned back to Dry Verge, Dry Verge had it sent out again and refunded the transport fees I had paid.
