Good evening, this review is 'organic' meaning we have no info. We also havent had an email with any information like this. If you could kindly reach out via email or chat with an order number and we can look into this. We do not have an order matching the name on this review and would be keen to look into this.

Wrong delivery information given to…
Wrong delivery information given to courier. This company and the courier (DHL) kept blaming each other instead of resolving the problem. Impossible to get them on the phone - had to chase up for updates several times. I highly recommend you do not use this company. Claim that everything was actioned immediately is completely false. I have proof from DHL that they were given the wrong delivery information and then I was fobbed off with an excuse that they had a personal matter to deal with when asked why no one was answering their phone or replying to emails. Terrible service overall and unbelievable that they are now making up lies to cover themselves instead of actually getting to the root of their terrible customer service and resolving it. Quite sad reallly....

Good evening Tom, this was not the case with all issues being acted on immediately & delivery being resolved within 24 hours- all email evidence of communications/delivery were sent to you, however you chose not to reply.
We emailed twice to confirm delivery and neither of these were responded to by yourself.
We are sorry that you feel this way and wish you all the best with your project.
Good quality product
Product was of good quality and matched what was displayed on the website. Have my roof a tidy finish
