Silicon is soft and does reduce the pressure on the ears significantly. Hopefully there will be no need for additional ear guards.

Very experienced presenter with lots of real examples and plenty of practice given. Very supportive in moving people on and giving them confidence.

Postage is extortionate, £5.45 for a very small box of thermometer probe covers - the flat covers, not the dome type. These weight next to nothing and packaging is minimal. It's possible a £5 weighs as much as the item!

To make it worse, if you choose PayPal, you don't see the postage until after you agree the sale - you do have a chance to cancel the order later once postage is bolted on, which is a positive. I realise that this is down to PayPal, however, the site could mitigate against this by having reasonable postage costs.

Seeing a 5% off banner pop up after I'd been made aware of the postage cost, I figured "I could do with the discount"; all they needed was an email address. However, there are hidden requirement - not shown on the banner - and so I was unable to use the code they provided. It appeared that my £10.07 sale (including postage`) was not enough for them to care

All in all, quite the disappointment.

I did highlight my experience to DS Medical and they responded very quickly. They have amended the popup to show the minimum purchase requirement, which is a good start. I don't think they will attempt to change their postage costs or options though, which is a shame.

So two stars awarded, but only because their support team responded quickly, the actual sales experience for small, light inexpensive items is terrible.

If Royal Mail are charging you £5.45 to send out these items I would recommend introducing another option for low value sales. I note the delivery is Signed For. I would gladly not have the inconvenience of signing for a package of such low value.

I did look for other venders but could not find any at this time.

I read the other reviews and appreciate that when an order is of a higher value, your postage charge is not an issue, but surely you can see that for a low value sale, the postage isn’t really representing good value.

Good price on tactical dressing and a few other things. Up to date stock with prompt delivery. Will use this supplier again.

This site was recommended to me after undertaking a first aid day. I found the site easy to navigate. Reasonably priced kits plus the ability to purchase refill packs.
I would recommend this company for first aid what ever the level required.

Easy to order, Fast Delivery

I ordered a blood glucose monitor which I am really pleased with. The site was very easy to navigate, they offered different options and plenty of useful information on how to best use the product I was purchasing. The item was well priced, but the delivery costs pushed it up as I only needed the one item. ( Had I needed more items over a certain spend, the delivery would have been included).
Overall I am very pleased and will definitely be making purchasing again in the future and would recommend this company.
