I am absolutely disgusted with the…
I am absolutely disgusted with the service provided by this company. We applied for a visa well in advance and made the payment right away, trusting their promises that the visa would be ready in time for our travel. They assured us multiple times right up until the last minute before our flight that everything was "processing" and that we'd have our visa on time. And yet, here we are, stranded with no visa, unable to board our flight, and missing my brother's wedding this Sunday.
This has caused not only emotional distress but significant financial loss as well, with non-refundable airline tickets and the cost of the visa itself. Every interaction with their customer service was a lie or empty promise, and now it’s too late to make alternate arrangements. I cannot express how angry and disappointed I am. This company is completely unreliable, and their lack of accountability has ruined what should have been a very special occasion. Do yourself a favor and avoid them at all costs.

Worst experience possible
Dubai eVisa online was recently responsible for the worst service we have experienced.
A request and payment was made to obtain the visa for a family member, more than a month in advance. The closer the date came for them to travel, the visa was not being released and this caused concern.
We tried to get clarity and we were not given even in the slightest. All we were told is that the application is “processing.” A day before the the planned travel was meant to take place, we decided to go to immigration office, only to find out that the applicant was three days before, even though we had paid a month in advance. This leads us to believe they were intentionally lying and misleading us. Staff that wee communicate with was not clear and would sometimes ignore us.
Only through a miracle we had to find to get the visa approved on our own accord, doing part of a job that we had paid for them to do.
And even still, the details of our family member’s visa were incorrectly captured which could’ve led to a disastrous trip and a wastage of funds.
I would never use this service again and I would not recommend it to anyone else. If you have the option to do it another way, do so.
