Did visas for my parents. We applied and then I was thinking that this is not real an then opened a claim and returned the money. After that tried different ways and no luck. Returned back to then and they did everything again for us. Even that we did a bad move towards them. Got the visas now and parents are very happy.

The response was practically immediate. I contacted them via the WhatsApp number provided on the website. The service was fast; they even called me to explain that the visa and travel insurance should be managed by the same entity. I wasn't entirely in agreement, but the response was prompt, and within less than 72 hours, they sent the visa by mail. Now, I'm looking forward to traveling to Dubai and hoping everything goes smoothly. If there are any updates, I will let you know and recommend the service. So far, I am satisfied with their handling of the process.

It was impossible to return info with the email provided, it got rejected. Also after I manage to send insurance info, I had to contact you many times to ensure everything was received, since it was not aknowledge as received. And now I noticed my visa does not match my passport. My French passport says: Cecile Jeanne Lucie Clavelin Wilde, but you sent me the visa and insurance under my maiden name only Clavelin and did not put my married name Wilde. So I hope there is not confusion at the airport and at custom.

Until now after a week still not good experience, I did my application and the agent was very active answering me and asking for a quick payment after checking all I applied and my business trip starting next week and no answer by email by watsup I do not know what to do after buying my ticket and reservation done for airbnb not refundebale, very stress stress experience

I wish I experienced the service other speak about. I have not received any updates or feedback at any point after my application. I was feeling as if its a scam!
The promise was 4 hours max to get the visa. 3 days later, I have to constantly try and get information. They reused to even give me proof my application was submitted!
All one has is an online chatbox to communicate with. And the answers are short and cold.

NOT happy at all. I hope I get my visa soon as this is an expensive exercise.

I paid express service to apply a transit visa for my mom. They send it after my mom left Dubai. As a result my mom is truamatized by the whole visa experience due to their incompetent service. I asked to get a refund but they are making excuses as to why it was not approved on time.
DO NOT apply a visa through them. Try other options and avoid their service at all cost.

They are fast and effecient yes. However, they are too expensive and have lots of hidden charges. There is a compulsory charge of USD 99 for travel insurance that is not communicated prior. This makes the entire business highly suspicious hence the 2 star review. Y’all need to strive to be more ethically conscious and transparent. However, money indeed is the answer and on that alone, value for money when urgent makes this OK I guess.

They were fast in getting my visa. I'm actually glad I didn't see some of these comments prior because I wouldn't have gone with them. The only downside is that they have a $99 insurance fee that will be communicated after the visa has been approved. I negotiated for a better deal but I think it's important to have all the costs stated.
