I applied for UAE VISA for May 2023 via a link found on google. The service was fabulous. I received an instant reply to my email and opted to also require assistant by WhatsApp. The agents I dealt with were helpful, I received my visa in a couple days. Their platform is a friendly user one, easy to use, and I recommend it to anyone wishing to travel to the UAE.

I applied for UAE VISA for August and they were very helpful and responding immediately to any message or question. My trip is cancelled and now I asked them for the cancellation and refund policy and they don't respond or reply unless I push them and send several messages and emails and they are still not giving me a clear answer about the refund. Agent started to be rude on the whatsapp channel. I think it is a scam but will wait to check.

It was an easy and very fast process to get Dubai tourist e-visa for Indians within a couple of days. I am very much satisfied with the service provided by Dubaivisaonline. Excellent service and guidance in getting the visa.

Extremely bad experience I had with them.
I applied visa on 26th January with promised issuance in 3 to 4 days. I booked ticket for 5th February. Visa didn't come by 3rd February. They said pay urgent fee to issue visa in 3 to 4 hours, I paid usd 400 in addition to visa fee. They kept promising but visa came on 6th February, after travel date and this way I lost my ticket for no show, as I kept waiting till last minute on their promise. I asked the refund the fast processing fee as they didn't fulfill their obligation but they didn't.
Much frustrating was the lousy answers from WhatsApp team, they never gave me access to their next level to talk and complain. Complained via email but no ppsitive answer.
Will never opt them in future.
